Fraud. Goods never arrived. No reply to emails. False tracking details were given. Piggybacked another delivery so the automated system states delivered.

Never received goods. No response to many emails informing them goods not received. No response to a refund request. Tracking system does not work. Avoid this company, it is clearly a scam

Disgraceful, item never received, not replied to any emails and despite requesting a refund this has not been forthcoming. Tracking link does not work. Avoid purchasing from this company.

The items were never sent. I got emails with a link to a tracking service but the items never left china.

I dont usually trust online jewelry but this one surprised me alot. Been wearing these hoops daily and no irritation at all which is rare for me. They arrived in perfect condition and the box looked super cute too

Got this ring as a small gift to myself and it actually feels special. The shine is subtle not too flashy which i like. Packaging was adorable and came pretty fast. Also had a quick doubt and support replied within minutes which made me feel comfortable ordering again

My ring came in a few days and the whole unboxing felt really nice. Simple clean packaging with a sweet note inside. The ring itself feels sturdy and fits true to size. Been wearing it everyday and still looks new. Really happy with this purchase honestly

I ordered a lovely gold and blue stone ring. It is adjustable which really helps me since my knuckles are a bit large but I don't want a ring "swimming" on my finger! Very good customer service!

SCAM. I got sucked in. Should have known. Even went as far as returning the item back in septemeber and I just got them returned to sender today. So frustrating and mad at myself for falling for it!

Took ages to arrive and earring snapped in two on insertion. Absolute rubbish

Absolute junk jewellery, not at all like what is advertised, no natural stones or gems. They do NOT tell you that you have to ship the items back to china at your own cost and on a tracking service. 4 months later and I still haven’t received my refund. Absolute scam company, criminals!!!!!

I received ring yesterday but it was NOT the one I ordered . I dont know why they ask for a size when I ordered because they sent me an adjustable ring!!!. The one I received is NOTHING like the one I ordered! BUYER BEWARE! I will be contacting pay pal to let them know how unhappy I am and pray for a refund.

Jewelry is absolute junk. Their product pictures are fantastic and make it look like their stuff is really high-quality, but it absolutely is not. Placed an order for a ring. They sent me a completely different ring and not only that, the band was defective and was clearly so before they packaged it and mailed it to me! This is a Chinese company and they try very hard to make you think that they are an American company. Took almost 3 weeks to get my package. I would never ever do business with them again. Here’s a tip. If you suspect a company is bogus, pay with PayPal. I filed a dispute with PayPal over this transaction and within seconds PayPal issued a refund to me. You better believe that Amelia and Oliver would’ve been haggling for weeks with me over this. Terrible company!

I ordered a ring from this company and received a ring, but not the one I ordered. What I received was low in quality. I began emailing with customer service (their phone number doesn’t work). They offered me 20% in credit or a refund if I returned the ring to China at my own expense. I responded multiple times with their own policy that says if they make a mistake, returns are free. They went up to 50% in credit, but why should they have any of my money. After two weeks and 20 emails, I was finally given a full refund. This company relies on people giving up.

I saw a beautiful ring on Facebook and I ordered it immediately. The ring took a little longer to get to the States, but when I questioned them for a tracking number, I received back an answer quickly. The ring came and it was not what I ordered. It does not look like the ring at all. I sent back a message, with pictures, and asked them what they were planning on doing. I was told I could have a refund of 20% back and that was it. I will not buy from this company again.

I have had a very good experience with Omelia and Oliver. I have purchased 2 rings and love both of them. Delivery does take a bit longer than I thought but they have been very responsive to my emails and product is well worth the wait. I will continue to purchase from them.

Different product sent. It was 15 cents worth of plastic at nearly $40 cost.
