Delivery Options

Delivery options not good! Will only accept delivery address as per credit card; insist on recipient signing for goods (wont leave with neighbor or alternative place) which is no good if nobody at home; nearest depot collection point for deliveries to Plymouth is Exeter, which is almost 50 miles away! Pity, would love to use them again but wont be because of the above

Regarding your statement on our delivery options. We have certain policies in place to not only protect us from credit card fraud and lost deliveries but also to protect you as a customer.

As our products range from £10 to £10'000, along with offering free delivery on any order value, we always request a signature from the customer. We don't like the idea of expensive test equipment being left on doorsteps, put in bins, thrown over fences or left with neighbors.

If we accepted to deliver to an address other than the card holders. If someone would have stolen your card, they would have all the details they required to defraud you the customer, who would then almost surely charge this back to us.

We do offer a paid delivery service at only £4.50 which has these benefits:

You are given a one hour delivery window.
You are notified by text or e-mail on your parcels progress.
You can easily use the text or e-mail to rearrange your delivery.
Notifications on your parcel up to 15 minutes before delivery.
