comfortable heels

I've always had issues with heels, but the sneakers that feature high heels just made a whole new kind of sense. It was finally possible for me to rock heels without my feet feeling dead after an entire night out.

Took them a month to deliver and then…

Took them a month to deliver and then they only allow you 10 days to return if anything is wrong. Ridiculous time and it’s not even disclosed clearly. Last time I recommend them or order from them. Never again when I can give my business to a reputable company.

Dropshipping and awful customer service

This company dropships products yet claims to be a small business. They will ask you to pay shipping for your own return but will first try to get you to keep the item with 30 percent off. Items are extremely overpriced for the quality since again they are dropshipped. After shipping my own product, they made me send a receipt proving that I shipped the product in order to get my refund AFTER the product itself had been delivered to their door with photographic proof!! They claim they can't pay for return shipping due to being a "small business" yet have no problem just refunding you 30 percent to keep the item. How does that make sense? Also, the item took 2 weeks to arrive and the return address was a residential home, proving dropshipping. Do not buy.

Hi Elle,

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience, and we’d like to clarify a few points.

Asyllum does not dropship or resell products from other platforms. We work directly with trusted manufacturers to produce our products.

For returns, we offer customers two options: return the item for a full product refund, or, if they’d rather avoid the return process, keep the item and receive a 30% refund. The second option is simply offered for convenience — customers are always welcome to choose a regular return instead.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, as clearly stated in our return policy. Requesting a shipping receipt is also part of our return verification process so our team can correctly locate and process the returned parcel.

We’re sorry the overall experience left you disappointed, but we hope this helps clarify our process.

Best,
Asyllum Team

Don’t waste your money on these boots

First of all the boots took a long time to get here. They’re very poorly made. I’m always a 5 1/2 and everything in these just fit really weird like they’re size 6 or not fit they don’t fit right there made much bigger. They also have defects on them and the little belt for the boot it’s you could tell it’s there’s something wrong with that. It scratched up it has something ugly on it. I sent the pictures. Let them know that it wasn’t done right, but they didn’t fit and instead of giving my money back letting me return them they said they’ll give me 30% off. I don’t want 30% off these boots are trash.

Very disappointing

I purchased a bag from this company and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
The bag arrived damaged, with a strong unpleasant chemical smell, and it did not match the product photos shown on their website. I contacted customer service, opened a PayPal case, and returned the item as requested.
After receiving the returned bag, they insisted that I close the PayPal case before they would process the refund. I was not comfortable doing this, as closing the case would mean losing my buyer protection before receiving my money back.
In my opinion, this is not the way a serious company should handle a return and refund process. Please be careful and do your own research before purchasing.
I also found what appears to be the same bag on a similar marketplace at less than half the price, which made me question the value of the product.

I received two right shoes..

I received two right shoes... and one of them was already broken. When I reached out to them, an AI told me, they wrre really sorry and I would get my money back in about 3 days. I waited over a week and then I contacted my bank to get the money back. Asyllum tried to convince me to close the case because otherwise they couldn't pay me back. I am so glad that I didn't because now my bank managed to get me the money back. They also wanted me to send the shoes back to NEW YORK from GERMANY. That would have cost me more than 50 €. This site is a full grown SCAM. Do not fall for the thousands of instagram followers, they are probably bought just like the good reviews on trustpilot.

Dear Customer,

First and foremost, we'd like to apologize for the fulfillment error sincerely. Receiving two right shoes is completely unacceptable, and this was entirely our mistake. We're truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this caused, and we will make sure an error like this does not happen again in the future.

We would also like to clarify a couple of points regarding the refund process. As soon as we received your email about the issue, we processed a full product refund on our end the very same day. Unfortunately, by that time a chargeback had already been initiated with your bank. Once a chargeback is in progress, we're no longer able to complete a separate refund, as the funds are handled directly through the bank's dispute process.

We also carefully reviewed our email correspondence and would like to clarify that we did not ask you to return the defective shoes. We understand there may have been some confusion, but this was not requested by our team.

Again, we sincerely apologize for the fulfillment mistake. We take full responsibility for sending the wrong item, and we're very sorry that your experience with us fell short of the standard we aim to provide.

Kind regards,
Asyllum Team

Never got my parcel and no one is getting back to me

Ordered my parcel almost a month ago. Not only the took forever to ship, but the InPost courier misplaced my parcel and faked the delivery twice. I have been in contact with their customer service for a week and no one can help me locate my parcel. Customer service is not replying anymore and nobody answers my emails.

This is an absolute scam and I'm about to create a dispute for my bank because this is unacceptable.

Dear Luisa,

We’re very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused. According to the latest tracking information, the courier still has your parcel and another delivery attempt is expected.

InPost has recently been experiencing issues with some of its parcel lockers, which unfortunately may be contributing to the delivery problem. Since the parcel is currently in InPost’s possession, we recommend contacting their customer service directly at 0330 335 0950 so they can investigate the parcel’s location and assist with arranging delivery.

We understand how frustrating this situation has been and hope InPost can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Best,
Asyllum Team
