Excellent service
During the last year, we ordered 2 automatic litter boxes. With it, we received 2 litter mats. Unfortunately, one was destroyed by our vacuum robot. We received a new one as a service gesture within a week after asking whether it was possible to buy a similar one with JC Pets. Excellent service and still very happy with the automatic litter boxes!

A price you can't beat
A price you can't beat. I've had the pleasure of using the self cleaning litterbox, waterfountain and pet feeder for 3 days now and I'm quite happy with the results. They're all very silent and work perfectly fine. They got delivered within 3 days, all secure and safely packaged. Very clear and detailed instructions in several languages. My only qualm is that I require 2 different apps to work the litterboxes and pet feeder even though the apps appear to be able to connect several different types of pet appliances.

We have ordered and used a pet friendly anti-bark collar.
Unfortunately after 4 weeks of doing excellent work it just stopped. We have tried everything to get it going again but did not succeed. Now Job from JC Pets is more than willling to send us a new collar. We do not have to return the one we have at home. Reason for this is that it is more eco friendly to not return it. Bravo! We hare very happy with the excellent service JC Pets provides! Thank you JC Pets and Job in particular.

I bought an automatic cat litter. So happy with it that in a week i bought another one for my friend (actually more for his cat).
Shop is good, the only thing i recommend to improve is support service.
Too slow. I got an answer in twoo days after my question. Polite and they helped me with my question, but why so slow?

No money back
I sent back the item in time and to the adress the customer service told me. But after 2 months i am still waiting for the 300€ plus the 30€ i had to pay in advance to send the item back, they said i get the shipping costs back with the other money. Still waiting without any mistake of mine. The customer service isn't motivated at all, they send the same massage again and again. Not recommended!
