I've purchased multiple items in the past few years. The pieces I received were beautiful and of very good quality. I had to deal with customer service after purchasing a ring that was too large. They quickly and pleasantly replaced it with the size I needed without a hitch. I recently lost a stone on one of my rings and reached out. Once again I received a quick response and was told they'd replace the ring and that I should send back the piece I had an issue with , all with free shipping. I love their jewelry but the customer service is the icing on the cake. It's refreshing to receive such personal service. Amazing!

Well, my journey with Ideaure started about a year ago, by looking for XO ring. To my surprise, I found it and XO necklace, bracelet and earrings. Since then, I was hooked. Great jewelry selection and they are always adding new designs and sets which is what I look for. Their prices are very reasonable and the sales are great. I don't want to over state, but I think I have about 30 pieces and love them all. They have quick shipping, I hate waiting. GO AHEAD AND TRY THEM, YOU WON'T DISAPPOINTED.

Ideaure is an outstanding business with quality jewelry, great customer service, and fantastic pricing. I own many pieces from them, and each one is beautiful, well made, and great quality, and I really cannot say enough about the designs. The Giana is my favorite.

Both times I have ordered something from Ideaure, they have worked with me on size or replacement requests!! I love this shop and they have great quality. The pendant I got was a little bigger than I like for my taste, so they did an exchange for a completely different necklace!

I came across Ideaure's website when I Googled cross jewelry.
I was impressed with their designs and reasonable prices.
I ordered a unique matching cross bracelet and ring. My order arrived quickly. I was impressed with the quality and design. I wear both 24/7.

I absolutely love my ring! Received it quickly, and I am very pleased with the quality. Unfortunately, I have to exchange my ring for a half size larger, but did receive a quick response from customer service and am looking forward to receiving my new ring. I’ll definitely be purchasing more jewelry here!

I love this shop. Great quality products and amazing customer service. I lost the ring I bought from the shop and bought two more because I couldn’t remember my ring size. Go figure then I find the ring I thought I lost in the bottom of my purse. Went to a construction site for work and flinging my hands around to keep flying bugs away I lost my ring for good this time. I messaged the shop explained what happened and asked what size is in between the two spares I have, one too large one is too small, so this is like a Goldilocks’s mission. Shop owner requested I send the rings to her for proper sizing. Awaiting the new ring. I might get two in the new size so my goofy self has a correctly sized backup. LOL. THIS SHOP IS WONDERFUL!!

Ideaure's customer service is outstanding. They responded to me in less than 24 hours and took care of my issue AND let me exchange my ring for a half size bigger.
Their jewelry is ,in my opinion , unique and different. Their spinner rings are a conversation piece.
I strongly recommend Ideaure!

Incompetent beyond belief. Jewelry material used is not 100% honest. I had it tested. Turned my fingers green. Contacting them is impossible and they have no idea what is going on. I do not trust this company.

I ordered 3 items on January 15th 2025 and received 2/3 on February 4th after they advertise 4-6 business days of shipping time. 0 communication received from them after reaching out requesting an update.

Reached out to them about my missing ring and do not anticipate getting a response, I would not order from them due to the unbelievable lack of communication. There also does not seem to be a way to leave a review any other place. Completely disappointed with this experience.

Placed order on Dec 19 and still no product or updates.

It's going on 5 weeks and I haven't received the ring I ordered. The lack of communication is unreal and I'm more than disappointed.

I’m so happy with how comfortable this wider band ring is. My finger bends easily and is not restricted by the width. I can hardly feel it on. True to size. Many wide band rings are tighter fitting because of the length, but not this one. Great design. I want to order more rings from this company!
