This is the 2nd ring I’ve bought. Both purchase experiences were excellent, even coming from the US. I under-estimated the size needed this time, so had to exchange it. Excellent customer service - quick delightful responses, Ideaure covered all the return costs quickly, and the ring came within a week. Highly recommend!

Y’all I had been envisioning the ring of my dreams for months. I am almost 71 and my husband has passed away a few years ago. I still wanted to wear my engagement ring but wanted a different band. I saw the Ideaure post on Facebook and I saw my dream ring! Ordering was easy. Ring was delivered in days. It is perfect. Definitely will be ordering more

I had such a fabulous experience with this company… the jewelry is so cute, the price point is doable and the customer service is on point. I ordered an adorable ring set for my daughter over the holidays. The packaging was adorable and rings were beautiful but a tad big. Ideaure was so easy to work with and made it so easy for me to exchange for a smaller size. I would order from them again in a heartbeat. T you!!!

I am really impressed with the quality of this ring! It is top-notch craftsmanship at a great price point. The initial ring I ordered did not fit correctly, but the Ideaure team allowed a total exchange free of charge for the correct size. Great service and great jewelry. It did not disappoint!

I’m excited to wear my new jewelry! The quality upon first impression is very high. The spinning is smooth and the stones are very well presented.

I suffer from Tricholtillomania and find that I twist and pull my hair out in stressful situations. I thought about placing the ring below my first knuckle, where I pull my hair through my fingers. The spinning feature gives me the same sensation without consequences.

I ordered three pieces, after a suggestion for tarnish free rings-all my gold plated ones tarnished-they were so reasonably priced, were delivered quickly and are more gorgeous than I expected! I needed a size exchange and they made it so easy! I get compliments every time I wear one of the rings!

This company is top notch!!! The shipping is fast! Customer service is excellent but the most important thing of all is the quality of the jewelry! It holds up and doesnt tarnish like cheap jewelry! I love Ideaure. The mixed medals, combining gold, silver and stones are just what I like. Their pieces give an antique feels as well which is what I love. Very Happy with my pieces. Will purchase more.

I've purchased multiple items in the past few years. The pieces I received were beautiful and of very good quality. I had to deal with customer service after purchasing a ring that was too large. They quickly and pleasantly replaced it with the size I needed without a hitch. I recently lost a stone on one of my rings and reached out. Once again I received a quick response and was told they'd replace the ring and that I should send back the piece I had an issue with , all with free shipping. I love their jewelry but the customer service is the icing on the cake. It's refreshing to receive such personal service. Amazing!
