i brought a 16inch "14k vermeil" rose gold plated rope chain , the rose gold plating started tarnishing within a weeks time, i reached out to harlembling about my experience and they literally told me to go to a local jewelry store and get it replated by them at MY expense . and i got my chain weighted and it's only 30.4 grams instead of 44 grams like the site claimed. terrible business i will never purchase from them again

I been waiting 2 months for my chain and nothing and I haven’t heard nothing from them never going to buy from them

For international they are Fuxin terrible yo ! They sent me some Defected stuff I paid money to returned it and couldn’t event get a proper new return in a timely manner. It took so damn long I had to dispute the charges with AMEX. These mans are super flippin lazy and poor customer service eon EVERY level ! I use to like yall shxt, but now you could just dump your whole system in the trash !!!!

I ordered what I thought would be a wedding band. They claimed “fast delivery” instead it took weeks to get. I kept asking them where it was and why it wasn’t delivered. I got excuses over and over again! Then an apology and a statement saying they would give me a choice of a gift of an item, who they would send with my order. No item was sent.
It arrived late and right before o was leaving for my out of state wedding. The ring is so awful! When I returned home I asked how to return it but customer service would not respond after 4 try’s they sent message that returns are only if you return within 14 days. I explained they delivered it late but got no response. Over five emails to custody service still no response to my request to either return for refund or exchange.
So no refunds and no exchanges should be stated up front and no fast delivery.

One star — a HORRIBLE experience with multiple orders

I spent more than $8,500 across three orders with HarlemBling. I received only two of them, and one arrived with jewelry that appeared used and was the wrong size. The third order was paid for with Next Day Air, but it was never shipped.

I contacted HarlemBling by email and through its website and waited several days without a response. After I requested a refund, I finally heard back that the return request was being reviewed for possible fraud because of the high dollar amount. That was especially frustrating because I had placed multiple orders before and had already provided a photo of my ID when the company requested verification.

Because this remains unresolved, I have had to file a police report concerning suspected fraud and taking steps to file lawsuits seeking damages. My experience has left me out a substantial amount of money, without one of my orders, and with incorrect items from another.

Delivery was horrible, hidden border fees and it took weeks to get my order. Horrible quality for the price as well. Would recommend "6ix Ice" got my order with them in 2 days and it shipped from Memphis to canada in that time. Quality and price are far better than whatever harlembling is offering. Absolute joke of a company.

This fat loser tried selling me 5k worth of watches on ebay live and when I got them appraised since I was wanting to resell them, I couldn’t even make 2k off them. And when I returned them, he had the balls to say said it was never delivered and went around ebay.
So, not only am going to get my money back since my attorney is getting the cops, ebay, shopify, the usps and my bank but I am going to do everything in my power to get him out of this business.
He needs to be shut down!!!!!
Every person in those chats that says he’s a scammer, listen to them! He blocks them so the real truth doesn’t come out. But little does he know that he just met his match. It’s over for this loser soon.

Communication slow. Received item and so disappointed: POOR QUALITY.

I think this place is a scam. I purchased a necklace and they mailed me their brochure with no necklace. Their phone goes straight to voicemail and they never return their emails. I have emailed ten times and got one response that only said "was the package tampered."
Never a response to mail me my necklace. I had to contact the bank for fraud to get my money back. So I would be very cautious on purchasing from them as you may not receive your jewelry and they take your money.

My latest experience was real bad. I had bought pendants and chains in the past and all were as promised. My last order for a white gold plated stainless steel rope chain went way wrong. I recieved a siver plate light weight chain. It was tarnished. According to everything I have read and heard from the owner they don't sell silver plate. I am really surprised that they sent me something silver plated. You can't return anything unless you have emailed there administration first. It's been over one week and no response. I sent am email to there info email address and no response. What a shame. I really liked HB. I had even bought one of their t shirts to do some free advertising for them. This t will never leave the house. I will be sleeping in it. I have unsubscribed and will never be doing business with them again.

Scammers! Service sucks

These guys are the worse, they do not answer the phone or the emails as they do not publish their number. They only deal with e-mails; I ordered a 10 mm chain and got an 8mm. I even had to go and buy a millimeter gauge and took pictures. I am still waiting for their response.
Stay away from them, they will send you the wrong item and keep the money.

Disgusting horrible customer service they will hold you in chat forever! I from the U.K and I'm suggesting to anyone from the U.K to avoid them will be better!!

I ordered a chain that just didn't look my style once I received it. They give you a month to return/ exchange, I have sent 3 emails and have not gotten 1 response. It's freaking ridiculous. I was planning on getting something for my groomsmen from Harlem Bling but if I don't get this resolved, that is not happening.

BUYER BEWARE ON HARLEMBLING ACCURACY: Be very careful checking the actual width (mm) and length of the chains you receive from this store. Their sizing and quality control are completely dishonest.
My recent order arrived in a totally unsealed, open bubble envelope because their warehouse crammed it with bulky GRA certificate folders that prevented the adhesive flap from closing. Because it was left wide open, the Moissanite Loop Earrings were completely missing.
Worse, the remaining chain that actually made it inside the open mailer did not match the advertised width or length dimensions at all. When confronted with photo evidence, customer support admitted fault for the terrible packaging and missing items via email, but the moment a full refund was requested, they completely ghosted and ignored all communication for over two weeks.
Official fraud complaints are already live with the FTC, the BBB, and the Florida Attorney General. Check your millimeter widths and lengths with calipers before keeping anything from them!

The quality of the items i have purchased from harlem bling is amazing, from the stone placement to the craftsmanship, I give a 4 star because shipping could be a little bit better

Got a moissanite watch , they "guarantee" their stones will last a lifetime , one stone literally shattered , meaning poor settings ON THEIR PART, if you know how jewelry work, after like 6 months , this is supposed to be a 1'700$ watch, lasted 6 months, when i contacted them , they offer to sell me moissanite stones so i could go get it fixed at a local jewelry at my expenses , plus their rings sizes are children sizes on purpose, only going up to 13 , so if ur a man you'll always end up paying more for a "custom" size that should be normally available.
Honestly IceCartel and similiar have slightly more expensive pieces but they're professional at least, better quality moissanite , shines more and does not shatter , thus company is good if you re looking for cheap ahh stainless steel chains , but do not expect good quality if you re buying silver/gold/moissanite jewelry

When I emailed customer support, they explicitly replied admitting fault, apologizing for the terrible packaging, and offering replacements. I politely declined and asked for a prepaid return label to send the remaining chain back for a full refund. Since I asked for a refund instead of store credit, they have completely ghosted me and ignored my emails for two weeks now.

It is completely unacceptable to send an unsealed package, lose a customer's jewelry, and then stop responding when a refund is requested. Order #246272 and 246269. I need a supervisor to contact me immediately with a return label and a full refund.

Wish I could give them 0 stars.. Bought a chain that cost over $5k - less than 1 month later, 5 stones have fallen out after very little wear - I babied this chain, barely worn it in the month after getting it, and their response was to refund me $300 and promised to send replacement stones - almost 3 months later and now they will not respond to my emails, they have never sent the replacement stones, and I could not possibly be more disappointed. Totally shocked, as I've made multiple purchases from them and never had any issues. Buyer beware 1000%

3mm cuban/initial pendant. I should have expected the added import tax to the uk. But apart from that it shipped fast with frequent tracking updates. Satisfied with the pieces so far.
