Coustomer service can't be contacted...it's impossible. Your payments won't be deducted from the original debts and your interest is wrongly being calculated from the wrong debt.
This seems like a scam.
I paid 30 % of my debts that I had the last year, but now I owe more than from the beginning.

I had an electricity bill that was two days late and a fee of 382 kronor was charged, knowing that I paid the electricity bill after two days and went and activated the additional bill of 382 kronor. There was a technical error on the website and it said you did not pay and I tried to pay the bill again and there was a technical error and an amount was deducted from me twice in the direct payment and when I told them there was a technical error and I paid the amount twice they refunded the money but 100 kronor was deducted. I wrote them a message and they said 100 kronor was deducted when importing money. This is a terrible thing. I do not know when I am two days late in paying a bill to the electricity company I get a fine of 382 in addition to a deduction of 100 kronor. Here is the question: Does the company exploit situations by imposing high fees and deductions when returning money? Where is the government from following up on such matters?

They got the payment but added more money to the case because they dont know how to do their job.
I paid the money using swish, which is instant, and they claim it was paid the day after which also is registered in their system as after they contacted their notificationfirm, however my bank statements clearly confirms the payment is before the day they claim.
They also broke my payment plan because of an error between them and EON, then 10 days later told me the payment plan was broken even though EON told them they already had gotten the payment.

This company is trying everything they can do to scam people and I refuse to let them scam me.
When you call their customer service, then they rudely interrupt you, talk over you and just hang up the call.
If they come after me, I will file a lawsuit against them.

Terrible business practices, had a unpaid invoice that was incorrectly sent to intrum, I made payment to intrum and disputed the Case. The case was withdrawn as it was a incorrect claim, however intrum sent me a check for less monies then I paid in, impossible to get a straight answer why they have not repaid all money I payed in. This is serious unethical business practices!
