I tried this in a swimming pool. It was an a good idea. I was on map on underwater but there were noises and of course I was moving so I think I’m gonna try again on my bed a bit later.

I subscribed to hypnosis for the… alcohol cessation
I subscribed to hypnosis for the alcohol cessation portion. I had the opportunity to listen to many different sessions, which each covered a specific topic. I found the voice to be soothing and gentle. Most nights I’d drift off to sleep, becoming so relaxed I didn’t even realize it. There was also repetition in the sessions, which I found very helpful.
I’m not sure if it was hypnosis alone, but I’ve stopped drinking alcohol. I definitely give it credit for helping.
I’m now moving onto the healthy eating habits portion.
My advice: Give it a try. I believe that with an open mind I saw many benefits, and give it a thumbs up!

This is a total scam
This is a total scam. Please do not subscribe to this. My experience was I subscribed for €9.99 special offer subscription when I paid for this through Apple Pay. I received an email in the email was kind of like a link to basically get started when I clicked that like first option to click it automatically signed me up to a personal coach and instantly took €49.95 from the same account that I paid for the €9.99 subscription so in total it cost me nearly €60 and it assign me into a automatic renewed subscription which you cannot easily cancel. You have to email their support in order to cancel it. I have tried to get a refund and been refused. Please do not sign up to this scam product.
An update now is that my emails to their support team are bouncing back, I am getting a failed delivery report from them.
