Very happy with the support offered prior to taking the SIBO test. Test was a bit complicated but the instructions were very clear. Advised results could take up to 14 days but mine were back within 5 days, clearly described and easy to follow. Excellent service

SIBO and Ultimate Gut Tests
My symptoms lead me to undertake both a SIBO and Ultimate gut plan tests. I found the process easy to use and to return the samples taken. Please read all of the information before undertaking the tests. The results are indicators of levels found and the practitioner video is essential in understanding the results and explaining the recommended health plan.
My results found issues which match my symptoms and I am now in the process of progressing through my health plan. I found the customer help really responsive to my questions within working hours. This service has identified key digestive problems where other routes were non conclusive for 18 months.
I would recommend Healthpath as they provide comprehensive tests and provide clear results which would either eliminate or identify digestive issues.

Great Service
I initially had a few difficulties navigating the company's website and erroneously booked the wrong service. A quick email and I was reimbursed and was given clear instruction as to how to proceed. I booked a test and received the results in the exactly the stipulated timeframe. I now have a consultation arranged.

Pretty smooth experience
Pretty smooth experience, got some useful insights from my results and do genuinly notice a positive impact (after just 2 weeks) from the supplements suggested by the practitioner who reviewed my results. I think this is probably the best value for money gut testing service available in the UK.

Human communication
The communication is within 48hrs as they say and it is very personal, not computer chat. The tests arrived in good time and the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. I am awaiting my results and looking forward to seeing what comes up and the advice that will be provided, which I am hoping will sort my digestive issues.

Great testing and customer service
The tests I completed were easy to do and the insights that are provided are really helpful, I have IBS and getting a sibo test through the nhs is difficult, but healthpath has a good sibo test that's value for money. Their customer service is very good too.

Highly recommend the service
I bought a gut test due to experiencing various health issues and not knowing how to go about getting to the bottom of them.
Even between the time of me purchasing the test and waiting to hear back on results the communication was already great; I got an update at every stage of the journey to give me a good idea of when I'd receive my recommendations. Considering that the tests get shipped to a different country and need to be analysed, I would say the 2-week wait to hear back is a quick turnaround.
I liked the way my results were presented to me as they weren't unnecessarily complicated, giving me a background of what I should fix and thorough explanations of how I should do so. It was then easy to purchase any relevant supplements and the discount on these came in handy.
Throughout the process, I had a few questions for the company and the staff were always quick to get back to me and gave detailed, helpful answers.

I ordered the gut test
I ordered the gut test. I have not had the results yet but the process so far has been easy. The test is simple to do with everything provided and clear instructions. I am very eager for the results and to help with my issues.
