Stupid design for assembly
The quality of wood is pretty good. However the bed assembly, the leg part uses Allen key screws and they are right in the corner so you don't have enough space to turn or use force so it makes it next to impossible to get them in let alone flush to the wood surface ... Really poor and just stupid design !!!!

Order number: 1024085769 purchased 12/14/2025. As of today 02/03/2026 (52 days) I DO NOT HAVE what I ordered. Opened PayPal dispute. Home24 support is USELESS. These people ruin online commerce, they are embarrassing.

I ordered furniture for my bathroom, but it did not fit. I have sent it back, but I didn't get any refund. They do not answer my emails. Don't buy anything from these thieves!!

Hi, i ordered a wardrobe and it arrived in 20 days almost, it arrived wrong with the side panels also with shake, so i have 4 panels that fits inside but i dont have the laterals, now home24 says they send me the correct piece in more than one month, how is possible this?? 20 days for delivery e more thana a month for the weong piecese?
i cant live like that for an entire month, its all messed up, i want you deliver me the pieces with fast delivery, i cant eeally wait an entire month, please send as fast or send me the total refund and tale back your wrong wardrobe, but ease answer me questions is not correct for me wait a month in this status, when i didnt doa nything wrong

Incompetent service
Incompetent service . I bought a bed it came without the base (the ladder )
So I buy the base it goes to a different address .
It traveled from Germany to Italy and back because the delivery service they use is the cheapest so they never call .
It just went back to Germany .
So a month after and I’m still didn’t receive back my money …
However during this time I ordered the base again without waiting for the reimbursement but guess what is the problem now .
After one whole month I receive the second base that I ordered but missing the frame of the ladder.
How was I suppose to know that I have to order each piece apart .
Never again …. Home m24 you just lost …disaster …
