Absolute shame - we ordered a bench at the end of November, through carrefour.fr marketplace. It seemed dodgy from the start, with very poor tracking information on the order. As a coincidence, after having to contact them (they wouldn't dare to apology for their bugs) they claimed there has been an issue and that the product needs to be re-sent... We are mid January, we sent several messages, we have absolutely no news. It seems a total scam. We were charged 200€ end of November and have absolutely still no single news of the status, despite the promise online that the product was available and would be delivered in the first half of december. Never do business with such shameful company

I’ve been waiting for my order for over a month now. Every time I contact customer service, I keep getting the same standard reply that the tracking link still needs to be updated.

The deliveries could definitely be managed better. I hope they improve this in the future because their products are worth it.

Ordered two bidets from them on Shopee. Said delivered but no one came. Scam!

After ordering and paying online, I have not received my product. When contacted for explanations, they say that in order to complete the shipping to my address I need to provide a GERMAN phone number, instead of my italian one. Since I don't have another phone number, they denied my shipping after days of back and forth via email. I've received multiple other items from other vendors, and never had an issue with needing a different phone number. Sad to have to write that I was not expecting this bad customer service.

The delivery was quick, and I could track the delivery date, which was great. The cupboard looks very stylish and has a lot of storage space inside. However, the drawers did not come with handles, so the assembler had to attach his own solution to make them functional. Despite this, I am very happy with the product.
