It was easy to book, I got the time wrong when making the booking but it was easily amended last minute. The driver was waiting for us when we got there regardless of our flight being delayed and he was easy to find. On the return we received a text the day before to confirm our pick up time. It was all stress free for our family of 8.

Arrived on time. Friendly and helpful drivers. Clean comfortable vehicles

Do not use left us stranded both ways and took money. Appalling company. DO NOT USE

Extremely stressful experience
We paid £90 for a return private transfer in Barcelona. The journey from the airport to our hotel was fine, but our return transfer to the airport was a completely different story.
Our pick-up was confirmed for 06:35, but no driver arrived and the online system showed “Driver details unavailable”. We spent around 25 minutes on the emergency phone line, first being told the driver couldn't find our hotel, then that the road was closed.
Eventually, at around 07:00, we were simply told to find and pay for our own taxi and that we would be refunded.
Our flight gate was closing at 09:05, so what should have been a stress-free transfer became a very stressful race to the airport. Thankfully, a local taxi driver got us there in about 15 minutes, at an additional cost of €30.
We booked a private transfer specifically for reliability and peace of mind on the morning of our flight. Instead, we were left to sort everything out ourselves at the last minute.
Very disappointing and not the service we paid for.

The experience was completely satisfactory. I even had a mistake with my return flight time, and they pointed it out to me and adjusted the pickup so I wouldn't miss my flight.
Without a doubt, I will use them again in the future.

As a solo, female traveller, I have previously used this company for transfers in Menorca without a hitch. But this year was well below par. There was a lengthy wait for the inbound journey. Staff in the kiosk seemed harassed. I followed instructions to ring for pick up time at the end of the holiday but was unable to get through on either of the numbers provided, or by using the online link, and had to call UK to find out the time. Worse still, the shared shuttle failed to turn up on the day. I was running out of credit on my phone, having called the transfer office twice. Finally they sent a taxi, which was then held up in roadworks. I ended my lovely relaxing holiday in a totally stressed state, thinking I would miss my flight. Sadly, won't be risking that again.

What a dreadful experience driver turned up 20 minutes early then left because we weren’t there and wouldn’t come back. Won’t be using again

Drivers lovely, pick up on time

Appalling service. We were picked up at the airport by Luigi who complained to us that he had been working since 2.30am and was exhausted and we were his last job of the day. He was supposed to drop us at our hotel La Griffe but instead dropped us off nearly a mile away and told us to cross the road, go straight then turn left. We thought it was not going to be far as we had 20kg suitcases each but we had to walk and drag our suitcases for 15mins. How disgraceful!

Majorly let us down, didn’t pick us up from the airport, had to pay for another taxi and they only partially refunded despite it being their fault. Let the whole family down and spent the whole holiday trying to organise a return taxi.

On time both ways.really helpful.straight there and back .no detours dropping people off.makes it with no stress involved.

They let me down I had to pay £60 to arrenge another

NIGHTMARE!! If I could give ZERO I would. Holiday Taxis ABANDONED me and my family (including young children) at TENERIFE SOUTH Airport at 1am. We booked transfers 4F1AT7 with HOLIDAY TAXIS we arrived at the airport on time, flight arrival 1am. Collected our bags after passport control and made our way to the TMT office stand number 18 which was closed, with a sign stating go to another desk number 2 which was closed also, number rang out in, for both Tenerife and UK (as it was after hours) with no one to contact. We were concerned for our children. We had been travelling late, children were knackered and we ended up forking out nearly €150 for a normal private taxi to the hotel. We are out of pocket and away on holiday as I type this, not knowing if we will be collected on the return. DO NOT BOOK with Holiday Taxis. At your peril, if you do!!! STAY AWAY from this company! Still no response from them.

Booked a collection and return from Cancun airport, met the rep at the meet point on tome, but she had no taxis. I waited 40mins with her and requested a refund, she walked off saying all taxis are busy. I paid for another taxis and left. Emailed holiday taxis for a refund, they replied quickly asking questions - which i answered, 4 days later no reply and no refund. I have emailed each day.

Holiday taxis are just ignoring me and trying to keep my money. Thank god for debit card claim back!

Text me the wrong pick up point. Ended up walking 1km away from my hotel with all my luggage at 4am to the pickup point which they had confirmed via text. It was the wrong location they had text me!! Ended up missing the transfer. Emergency number went to a woman who seemed half asleep - think my call woke her up and was not helpful at all. She said they can’t come back for me so get a taxi (i had no euros left because obviously going back home) so I had to get an uber cost €90.. contacted holiday taxis, got a message saying they would look into it over a month ago. Ive used holiday taxis for years.. i will never use them again!

I was incredibly disappointed by the service. We have 4 young children, one of whom is disabled. We were left at the airport with no transfer at nearly 10pm local time, a terrible way to start the holiday, especially after how much we had paid for the transfer.

Unfortunately our children's pram did not arrive with the flight. After waiting in the baggage area we were informed we needed to complete a lost luggage form.

We kept in touch with our driver via Whatsapp throughout.

When re arrived in the arrivals area we went to the agreed meeting point but our driver was not present.

The driver then messaged to say he was leaving.

I subsequently contacted Holiday Taxis who refused to refund after reviewing the complaint as we arrived at the agreed meeting point at 21:44, four minutes after the waiting time for this transfer expired at 21:40.

Do not recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY, we booked a premium transfer from Palma airport. Unfortunately it did not turn up as promised. We then waited 40 minutes for a standard taxi to arrive. We reported the problem straight away and were told that inquiry had started into this but it could take up to 28 days, 28 days have now expired. Holiday Taxis will not return any emails so I have now put my transaction with my credit card company into dispute. I would advise any other companies who have experienced the same poor service to do the same.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Holiday Taxis and would strongly advise others to be cautious.

I made a booking through their website, but after completing the payment, the website simply redirected me back to the main page. I never received a booking confirmation, yet the payment was taken from my bank account immediately.

I contacted their customer service multiple times, but getting a response was incredibly difficult. Most of the time, I only received a reply after repeatedly chasing them by email. They eventually provided me with a reference number, but when I contacted their live chat to check the booking, they couldn’t even find the reference in their system.

Every time I spoke to a different agent, I had to explain the entire situation from the beginning and provide all my details again because there seemed to be no record of my previous conversations. Despite confirming that they could not locate any booking while acknowledging that the payment had been taken, they continued to tell me they were “investigating” my refund instead of resolving the issue promptly.

Until now, I’m still waiting for my money back. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to take responsibility have been incredibly frustrating. From my experience, the whole process felt very untrustworthy, and I have completely lost confidence in this company.

I will never use Holiday Taxis again and cannot recommend them to anyone.
