Used them 4 times on our Mediterranean cruise. The experience was first rate. They were on time, professional and made the transfers from Airport to Hotel and Hotel to port a seamless and easy experience. Will be using Welcome Pickups any time we are in Europe! The booking process is very easy.

I have used Welcome Pickups multiple times across several countries and have been impressed with their service. The app provides excellent information and connects directly to the driver for real time updates.

I was picked up at the huge Istanbul airport on time and delivered to my hotel door in a calm
and pleasant manner. I was provided with an easy to follow video on where to meet my driver which with regard to the size of the airport was a great help. And that ice cold bottle of water was very welcome after the busy passport control and baggage collection.

It was very reassuring to know that a driver was informed of our flight number (especially if there were any delays) and would be there upon our arrival in country. Our driver gave us very helpful directions on how to get to the meeting point (including a video!). We also left something in the car after being dropped off, and our driver immediately tried to get in touch with us and came back to deliver it - thank you SO much.

Carmelo, our driver was on time. He is a pleasant individual, talk about the history of the town and Italian cities. The car was a big SUV for 7 people with lots of luggage space.. I would definitely use them again.

The app works well to make reservations. The driver is identified prior to the trip so you know who you are dealing with.
For this trip the driver contacted me the day before confirming the trip details.
He arrived early and a notification was sent that he had arrived. He loaded our luggage in the vehicle.
There was water in the vehicle. We had a nice conversation on the way to the airport.
It was a great experience.
