My order was great. Everything arrived as expected, and the items fit perfectly. Delivery was very convenient, as I received a text asking when I wanted it delivered, along with an email confirming what I had ordered and another letting me know it was on its way. I’m very pleased with the whole experience.

The buckle on the side where it goes into the belt has snapped off the first time I tried to wear it. It still fastens but only just

I ordered an Argyll jacket & waistcoat in charcoal grey
to be worn as a wedding outfit. The ordering process was very straightforward, and the garments were delivered well before the wedding date. The fit is good and true to size.
I don't think these garments are particularly high quality, but at this price point, it's acceptable, and quite suitable for occasional wear.
The only disappointment was the cheap plastic buttons that the garments came with , which I ended up replacing with metal ones which were a definite improvement.
Maybe alternative upgraded buttons could be offered at the ordering stage for an extra charge?

Kilt and accessories arrived very promptly, packaging could have been better ,disappointed that the kilt does not have belt loops , I now have to find some matching tartan to make belt loops and sew them on , might be an idea to fit belt loops in the future as it would not impact on the cost of manufacture , otherwise all good 👍

Very poor communication. Order arrived in a tiny box, very creased.

Horrendous experience, terrible communication and terrible products avoid at all costs

Great communication from the seller, Arrived quickly and is pretty good quality overall. It's my second kilt from them and all the extra stuff you need to make it a first class outfit are all available on the website.

Never arrived, rubbish communication, wouldn't refund me - had to contact credit card company to get my money back. Complete rip off!

Very poor experience.

Paid for faster delivery and got a whatsapp asking when I need it for. Arrived a day later than when I required it (maybe not their fault. Could have been the delivery company) I have tried it on and it’s too small and now all communication is ignored. Sent multiple whatapp messages and they have been read, send emails and an online form as well.

Item is good quality it’s just their customer service that’s shocking

Update. I was contacted and they offered a replacement of size and keep the original that was sent. In return to take this review down.

All I want is to return the kilt I have for a refund.
