lost my email access now there is a note on the site that he is closing down because it is too busy , and please migrate your website, UPDATE owner of the site has contacted me, the service was great up until this point and my initial star was a kneejerk reaction.

First class experience all round A****. Just jumped on to open up a support ticket and they opened up a chat window before I got time to send it. Never had such a quick response from anywhere else. First class support and the issues were fixed within minutes. Top Class!!

KDM are simply an amazing host. NOTHING is too much trouble. They really go that extra mile..... First class. Very happy.

I have only been involved with KDM since the 1st Sept 2017 and my experience with them to date is 100% positive. All my queries are always answered promptly and to my satisfaction. I am looking forward to many years working with the guys, to both our advantage. Based on my experience so far, I would have no problem recommending this business to anyone looking for the honest way they look after their customers.

UPDATE: So it appears now the service has been shut down and discussions with kdmhosting they will continue to host it as normal my sites have gone down, all access has been lost. I paid for two years. I have tried for the last 3 days to get in contact via chat, email and even tried the contact number to be told i have the wrong number which i know isnt true.

UPDATE 2: So seeing as kdmhosting is trying to make it seem like we never spoke and have a conversation about them hosting my sites even after the servers were shutting down here is the proof.

Well actually I am continuing to host a small number of sites for users who have paid in advance such as yourself... So I would still be happy enough to hist any of your services, Now there will be some minor changes such as NS updates over the next week or so.. But other than that nothing else Your sites will also be moved onto my own personal SSD server, So you should get much better performance.I've just had too many clients messing around on my KDM server and running heavy websites that its hard for me to keep up with maintenance

yeah thats understandable. my mate runs 4 small sites which he will move to so only one that matters is the tecnicaltooling site which i dont think even gets many views
I'll just keep them all for you, And you can work out what you'd like to keep or remove once its all migrated

So now not only have i lost all my files and databases they have also choosen not to refund me because the excuse of they no longer have access to the paypal account.

kdmhosting is liar and a thief. Am opening a small claims court against them for damages for losing my files as well as the money I am owed. I have all the proof needed to take this liar and fraudster down.

What can I say, that hasn't already been said. Having been with a few Hosting services over the years, I can honestly say that the service I have received from KDM / Oliver over the past few days has been second-to -none, to say the least!! Exceptional, above and beyond the call of duty. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them, which takes a lot of the pressure off me and I can get on with building websites knowing I'm in good hands.

Choosing a hosting service can often be a bit hit and miss, stressful, uncertain, hope for the best, but I can honestly say I am completely 100% sure I have made a good decision and more than happy to recommend anyone looking for a host that is professional, organised and actually gives a d**n about their customers........ and at a very reasonable cost. I'm a happy boy!!
