Poor user experience - First I use their German website because I did not know that they got a danish website in the mean time and I cannot select Denmark :( Then I use the danish supplier something goes wrong during the payment and the website does not remember what I had in the basket. I have to find and add 14 products in the basket again and hope that the payment goes through else I mighed need to again find the products
I have been curious about Koro for a while. As I am a regular customer of other brands, I have been delaying ordering from them until now.
I got to say, I am a bit disappointed. I have order a bunch of different things, including some waffles. The box arrived pretty beaten up. And while Koro can not be held accountable for how the package is treated during transport, they are definitely to blame regarding the fact that there's absolutely no padding or protection inside the very thin box they shipped. All items are just thrown in without any kind of protection or packing logic, leaving a lot of empty space in the box for the items to move around. It goes without saying that the waffles were reduced to crumbles - sad.
I will probably not order again and keep buying from the brands I have always ordered from.
Super high quality products, good price, nice packaging, relatively fast delivery. Some products got damaged during transportation (perhaps UPS is not the best choice of delivery company), but customer service was quickly solving the problem. Don't understand though why my order was devided in so many separate packages, which was confusing. Will shop there again.
Very decent customer service, got a slightly damaged product twice and got it replaced. Highly recommended.
