Customer services does not reply
I've given 2 stars not one star because Koro until this month have been fine. However, I made a recent large order which they split into two boxes. Only the smaller box was delivered and the email from DPD lied - saying it had been delivered to my house. I managed to trace it to where they'd dumped it at a post office in another village. I've sent several emails to both Koro's French and German customer service addresses and all have been ignored. I've now had to raise a complaint via Paypal. I want the items, not a refund, so I'm hoping they might see this and make DPD (or a better delivery company) deliver the 2nd parcel.

i ordered 2 bottles Bio Schwarzkummelol, 2 bottles Bio kurbiskernol. What i received - 1 bottle of each.
i will not even send them to support. they wanted to save thoose 50 euro, i let them. wish their company get rich with them. Special thanks for terrible expierence. i could buy easily from other sellers.

Terrible customer service …
I always thought koro was brilliant until I had a problem then I found out the customer support is terrible.
I package was damaged by the courier. The courier admitted it was their fault. The package was insured. I have sent pictures of the damaged items. So I shouldn't have any problem getting a replacement or refund but still I'm getting messed around by koro customer service with them just plain ignoring my messages as soon as I asked for a replacement to be sent out. I used to order from koro often but I will never be ordering from them again.
But the problem was now but still took lots of work to get it resolved... but the products are brilliant

After months of buying their products, cause they claim to be bio German company, I read that the so loved freeze dried products are made in China. My 3 year old loves them, i think we altogether ate 50 bags of freeze dried fruit over a period of 10 months, before i even read the label. Note t o myself-ALWAYS READ THE LABEL. Well this shop it's screening prices for country so when you leave in the most expensive country like Switzerland and they charge you literally twice for the same product you find in the supermarket you start to believe that this is just a scam take for example the tahini organic bottles in migroy supermarket 250 g it's 4.5 Swiss Francs so for their 500 mg cup they charge 18 Swiss Francs so do the mats and you see how they double things you can find in your own supermarket for half the price they just abusive and it's not justified and they're 5% reward it's laughable

Fair trade and transparency are our top priorities. The competitive prices in retail stores are partly due to the fact that we supply our products directly from producers in large quantities to retailers, allowing us to offer them at a lower price point.
Since retailers purchase these larger volumes from us under specific conditions, they may be able to offer the products at a more favorable price. Furthermore, we recently had to increase the prices of some of our products. It is quite possible that our retail partners still have stock that they purchased from us at the old rates. We cannot say for certain, and as mentioned above, we provide a non-binding recommended retail price (RRP).
