Outstanding service
We noticed a small defect in one of the chair frames of a 3 piece alfresco setting. A whatsapp contact was provided and I messaged the number with my concern attaching photos. The message was on a Sunday morning. I receieved an almost immediate response and resolution. The service we received was outstanding with delivery of a new frame within days. The final product is fantastic. Thank you FurnitureOkay.

Faultless service and supply
Ordered a Coolaroo pergola from Furniture Okay and it was delivered in such a quick and great time and condition to Tasmania.
Nice extra bonus was the two metal side tables that came with it, albeit in a different delivery.l and the price was a few hundred dollars cheaper than competitors and Bunnings.
Items were received in perfect condition and all notifications and communication clear and accurate beforehand.
Very impressed with every aspect of this transaction and would both recommend and purchase from again.

The staff member in the showroom was very helpful. The table and chairs are great - much nicer than furniture from the chains for no more expense. All of our visitor comment on how comfortable our chairs are and how nice the table is. It was delivered promptly as promised.
