Initially, I ordered the same 100’ of braided hosing I had for the last ten years for my winery to transfer fruit and liquid and it was almost perfect for all ten years until it just started getting old and fussy so I bought the same hosing again expecting the same results. I cut up the new hose into the portions I needed and added the connectors only to find out that they weren’t what I expected as they immediately crimped and stopped the flow of liquid when the pump was turned on. I panicked and contacted customer service. I got Fabio on the line and we communicated via email as well and he connected me to a man named Joe who called me twice to figure out my issue and then, rather than have me return the hose (which, cut up, was no good to him) sent me the hose I should have gotten in the first place. It was a 1”, beautiful, clear PVC hose with a metal coil and it has solved my issue completely. I received it the next day.

Order items online. Two days later they contact you to say that they can't supply all of the items. Told them to send what they have and sent the final item when they get it in. Got told I would need to pay a second lot of postage. I order items from Europe 2-3 times a week and have never had this before. Cancelled the order, which they didn't seem bothered about. Will get items elsewhere. No doubt they will reply blaming it all on me.

Great service, easy to order, next day delivery 'offered' ....totally let down by the couriers they use.
