Scammer... not fixter!

The first time I used them to book a cambelt change at an AA service centre and I prepaid with my credit card.

The day before the booking they emailed saying they have to change the location to a less reputable garage (unacceptable as im disabled) but worse the price was upped to over another £120....and a message saying 'thanks for your continued trust in fixter' ..how dare they dictate my attitude towards them.
I HAVE NO TRUST IM THEM WHATSOEVER NOW!

THE FIRST AND NOW THE LAST TIME I BOOK AND TRUST THESE SCAMMERS!

Terrible!

Terrible!

Had my vehicle booked in for a Monday morning in Nottingham. On the Friday evening prior to booking i received an email saying they were changing the day to Wednesday. No phone call or explanation.

Obviously their ambition is greater than their ability!

Don't recommend at all

As I thought the garage has good mechanics, I was trying to have my car sorted at them! After few bad experiences with the appointments, I went to see them again as they changed something to my car and the piece that needed to be replaced was ordered through their garage, so the warranty would've accepted only their name to exchange! I took a day off work, as the owner doesn't really answer the phone, but I was unable to sort my problem, being asked to come back another day! When the day came, I went to the garage again, but, to my surprise, I was told that no-one said to come on that day (another day off work)! I decided to go somewhere else and I would advise everyone to be wise if you decide to choose this garage! Don't recommend at all!!!
