Extortionate pricing
Extortionate pricing. £90 to 'diagnose' an ABS sensor fault that I already advised when making the booking plus £69 for the part and £100 for labour. I won't be using again.

DO NOT TRUST
Started poorly being very late for the allotted booking slot.
Then took my car to a garage over 50 miles from my house, told me the car would not be returned unless I agreed to almost £1,000 of works...which then got dropped to £500 after challenging the costs.
Would not provide detail on some of the works listed and refused to give car back.
Pointed out that some of the works listed must have recently been spotted when we had the car serviced by the same company...cue silence from Fixter.
Do not trust. Challenge everything they say and every cost.

I booked my car service in advance for…
I booked my car service in advance for today, booked at a garage close to my house so that I could walk back to my house as I had to work from home. Yesterday afternoon, my service was moved to a different garage >1.5hrs walk away and inaccessible by public transport, without checking with me first or offering an alternative day, time etc, or without offering a pick up service. I had to go to it as my service needed to be done today. The garage so far have taken 6hrs to even start working on my car despite telling me to drop it off at 8am. I’ve had to wait around all day and work from cafes, the communication has been awful from fixter and they don’t seem to care very much!

Their confirmations are a lie
The last two times I've tried to use fixter they have confirmed a booking, I've re-arranged my work to cater for the booking, and they've cancelled the day before.
Their confirmation clearly means nothing and they have now cost me hundreds in lost revenue.
