Not sure about the accuracy issue, but we have had some issues with special order Vortice product recently due to Vortice UK moving their entire stockholding to a new distribution centre. We are quoting 21 working days on our website for these items to give clients fair warning and in stock items are still next day delivery from us. We imported large quantities of popular Vortice product directly from Italy last week to eleviate this and hope that Vortice UK are back to their usual swift delivery turnaround very soon.
