Pre ordered a figure exclusive for the Asian market for delivery to the EU. Even though the initial estimated delivery date was way off, the support team (who respond quickly) explained in detail why it could take longer and provided me with a new delivery timeframe.

My package was shipped accordingly, in very safe and sturdy packaging (my figure's box was placed inside a cardboard box, then inside another box sealed with plastic). It arrived in the EU and was delivered by the local postal service.

The price may be high, but the figures are new and legit, shipping costs are included, and there were no VAT or customs fees to pay.

I ordered an expensive figure (NIKKE Cinderella 1/4 by Hobby Sakura) since the shop is an MFC Partner so I was willing to try them out thanks to their free shipping. The support is very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns within 24 hrs.
Today the figure arrived with good enough packaging. The figure packaging had minor dents, but not too bad. The figure is new and authentic just as described and looks great! I'm definitely willing to order from them again!

I ordered a figure (~300€) from this store and unfortunately received it with visible marks on the figure, scratches on the base, and stains inside the box.

I contacted customer service immediately after receiving the package and provided photos. However, the company refused to offer any solution because I did not record an unboxing video.

While the figure may technically have been sealed, the condition did not match what I would expect for a product sold as new. I was also told that similar issues “seem to occur repeatedly with deliveries to my address,” which I found quite disappointing.

Because of this experience, I will not be ordering from this store again.

I bought an action figure of Megumi Kato because I couldnt find her anywhere else (with competitive prices, brand new one and good delivery time). The action figure was perfect, sealed and very well packaged. I waited for 1 month to have her in my house, but it was normal because the package was coming from Japan. The price was competitive. I will surely buy from them again in the future, a lot of figures out of market are still brand new here. Very appreciated.

I recently ordered a Hatsune Miku figure from this site for the first time. The delivery arrived on the date stated on the website. The package was intact, and the figure’s box was also undamaged. I will definitely use this store again.

I was really happy with ExFigure. I bought an action figure of Megumi Kato and it came brand new, with a really good packaging. This was my first purchase e surelly will buy more in the future, the only thing you have to consider is the delivery time. It took 1 month to get my figure (I’m from Italy). For the rest everything was perfect. Higly recommend it!!! :)

These guys are professional. Jackie is on top of the emails as fast as possible. Bless her soul. They accept cancellations on pre-orders, but it comes with a 6% deductible which is understandable. You have 7 days to make up your mind and after that, I believe you can't ask for a refund. They lay out all the rules on their page word for word. You need to have patience with them and they'll get to you within 24 hours. They have great deals that anyone should give at least a shot with. Just be sure to read their returns/refund process because if you didn't, that's on you.

I had a paint defect issue with a figure I bought from ExFigure. The figure is from an older release (that being the probable cause of the defect creating over time). ExFigure handled it - they responded quickly to my queries, and I even got a partial 50% refund. I didn't do an unboxing video nor opened it within a month or 2, so I was surprised that they were as helpful. I'm impressed with their professionalism and customer care.
This is based on one order only so keep that in mind.

Communication, order, payment, delivery time, everything is perfect. I ordered 2 times, very expensive collector’s items. They all were delivered way faster than I thought and came here in perfect condition. When I contacted customer support, Jackie answered my questions very fast.
I will 100% order again from Exfigure.

Ordered two Figures there that I could not get anywhere else. Both arrived in the course of 14-20 days in Germany, which is quite good, I guess.

The packaging was okay, but Not perfectly executed. The original Box of First figure still got some dents. There might be a Chance to improve. But I have to admitt that second figure (which was more expensive) was protected way better. Maybe they are improving?

Otherwise trustworthy seller with fair prices. Got the figuerines cheaper here than on the Aftermarket. Have just opened my third Order with them which is an expensive Figuren. If everything goes smooth an Sound, they will become one of my favorite Sellers for Sold Out stuff.
Customer service is good as well, answererd in the course of 12 hours.

Overall an excellent experience! The figure is authentic (Re:Zero Frozen Emilia Crystal Dress Ver.) and it came in perfect condition thanks to the reinforced packaging, I will definitely consider buying again from them!
