Amazing store! Tons of great figures and superb delivery!

Very very very x3000 slow response to ticket I have raised, Team replied to my query two days. Purchased an item on 31/08 and has yet to be shipped, to this context I paid for DHL express shipping hoping that I would get the item within a reasonable short time, but the preparation time take ages to be done. So next time I won’t bother using express shipping.

Had ok experience on previous orders but a recent preorder has been a total disaster by Nin-nin with terrible service in my opinion. I preordered 2 items and then about a month after they were supposed to release contacted Nin-Nin when they would be shipping as they were showing both items as in stock on the product pages. They then replied that they didn’t actually have the items and would cancel the order.

It is one thing to cancel the order but if I had not contacted them they probably wouldn’t have let me know and kept the money as it was already a month after the items were released. So customer service on this order was pretty abysmal all around

Both items are impossible to get now so I’m basically screwed out of getting these (unless hopefully a rerelease happens, although I will probably look to order them elsewhere)

Edit: Nin-Nin have reached out and have tried to remedy the situation with a discount code. Which I appreciate so have upped the review to 3 stars.

This was the first time using this company and I did expect lengthy delays with the delivery coming over seas but they were quicker than I thought, so top marks for delivery service, the price was exceptionally good and my order came well packaged and not damaged in anyway. Will 100% use again.

Product Review: The Aniplex Marin Kitagawa (Halloween Bunny Ver.) figure offers a mixed experience. Pros: Great overall sculpt, excellent hair shading, and real-fabric tights that add a striking, premium touch. Cons: The figure feels somewhat small in hand (22.5 cm), and the facial finish is a significant simplification of the brand's prototype; it falls short of expectations for a label like Aniplex, especially when compared to more affordable figures of the same character. A solid choice for die-hard Marin fans, though there is room for improvement regarding the face's quality control.

I've been purchasing from Nin-Nin for a year already, both In Stock and Pre-Order.
The prices are fair (in most cases), the shipping is fast (15 days at most, unless it's a holiday, in which the delay is understandable), and the Pre-Order items arrive quite fast once the deadline is over.
Customs aren't crazy expensive, which does contribute in purchasing from them repeatedly. I end up saving money compared to purchasing in my country (in which most items never really arrive, or arrive 1 year later with double the price).
I wish they could have a better customer service, because I contacted them via different mediums with some questions and it was fruitless, and makes the experience a bit frustrating, specially since they're an online store and not one you can actually reach in person to share your concerns.

Took a little bit longer to pack and send the item I bought, maybe 14 days. Fast shipping, great packing. To Norway.

I ordered two "Amazing Yamaguchi / Revoltech: Attack on Titan - Jaw Titan and Female Titan" action figures, both pre-ordered and with bonus faces.
They arrived in Italy in perfect condition (although I would recommend Nin-Nin Game using additional packaging to protect them; there are refund guidelines, so using additional protection should be necessary).
Unfortunately, there were additional taxes I had to pay when I received the delivery (it would have been better to have known the amount in advance), so the price, which seemed excellent and which I had considered the expense, was later increased.
Reliable seller.

Typically that's all you need but honestly, the best experience was dealing with Aurélie in customer support. I contacted customer support first before making my purchase to ensure what I was looking for was in stock. I'm typically worried shopping somewhere new and Aurélie but all my worries to ease and I felt great about my purchase. I couldn't be more thankful and I think my best friend is really going to enjoy his gift!
