Asked for test results, never got them
I sent them an email to ask for information and test-results regarding their Omega 3 supplement. I never got a reply, so I called them. They said an excuse about their nutritionist having her graduation on that day, and that she would get in touch with me. It never happened. (On a side note was she working as a nutrionist without a degree?) This was on 3 March 2026. I sent them another email on 10 July 2026. Guess what? I never got a reply. Their behaviour makes me very skeptical about the true quality of their products.

Because your original email requested a very broad range of batch-specific testing, supplier documentation and manufacturing-process information, it was treated separately from routine customer-service enquiries. When you later called, that conversation was handled separately and the original technical request was not reopened, so the promised follow-up was missed. We apologise for that handling error.
