The item never arrived. The tracking number seemed to be artificial and never got any location status update outside Germany. Refund was partial - they took my shipping money and I never seen any package.

I am receiving a ton of spam Emails from Essential bag despite promises of deleting me from their subscription.
The product quality is not up to promises. The delivery time was way longer than expected thus missing the occasion that it was purchased from.
Unsuable product that will collect dust in drawer that is what it is.
On top of that customer support is basically absent. Noone answers the phone and emails are replied not within promised 24 hours but weeks after initial contact and only every second or third email is beeing taken care of.
I regret buyng things from them. It was a waste of money and I recomment not purchasing any of their product due to rather misleading advertisment.
Update:
As response below the buisness owner replied that they want email regarding this issue completly forgeting that I am already trying to get a normal response from them for...well since Fathers Day.
I already sent many emails and I see no real response and only delaying issue.
To anyone that stumbles upon this comment:

Tracking items not working
Ordered 2 tracking cards and 2 keyholders of which one does not work. No reply to my complaint. Withdrawal warrenty states that returned items forfeites the discounts obtained in the total order. Therefore returned item will not be replaced otr reimboursed. How clever cheating!

Customer Service is absolutely Shocking!!!
Item feels ok, the coin and note holder sections are nice, however the fanning of the cards is terrible and in consistent. The spring mechanism used is poor. Emailed about a return and refund twice now and not had any correspondence back, when the email notification comes it says you will hear within 4-7 days yet nothing and first request was on 30/07!! Finally got a response on 17/08, only to say that I have to pay for the return when I was offered free returns! Cost me £12 to ship back which I think is an absolute joke that I should cover the cost.

Ordered the package deal very pleased
Ordered the package deal with 3+3+charger. Received via the mail in Romania as a compact small package. The individual cards are very nicely packed, one suggestion the packaging could be a bit thinner for environmental purposes but they look very professional.
The setup was very easy on my iphone. One small suggestion all the correspondence is in German only, even the survey :-) I figured it out but could help to have English option, could be there is but I could not find it. Same for the YouTube videos mostly in German.
Overall great set and recommend getting ing the package deal with the charger.

Didn't get the second tracking card
I ordered the two for one tracking card and I received just one.
I sent them email and they promised to send the second card. 3 weeks later and still didn't get the second card. Sent another email and they asked for order details again. It is like a loop.

Their invoicing error could only be resolved by Mastercard
After ordering from them I quickly realised that two items were not ideal for my purposes and would push the total order value over the threshold for an import duty charge in addition to a VAT charge which I expected. I immediately requested a cancellation of the two items which they accepted but then did nothing so shipped them a week later. When I reminded them of their error they would only comment that the the customs regulations were out of their control (obvious and irrelevant as the overcharge was caused by their negligence) but that they would reimburse me for the cost of returned items and the return postage.
They subsequently ignored emails regarding the return and didn't issue any refund for the returned items or the return postage. I therefore had to place a claim against them via the payment card provider in order to get my refund.

Unreliable delays
Bought several items. Sent several messages and enquiries, expecting at least an answer to know what was happening because I had not received anything after more than 6 weeks. I was left in the dark but finally received my packet and a message from them saying they were looking into it.

My experience has been terrible
My experience has been terrible. The website is awful and seems riddled with bugs that complicate the whole process. But the worst part is the customer service: they take an eternity to respond to any query. I placed an order and, despite being promised delivery times they never met, 3 months went by and I still hadn't received anything. In the end, all they did was cancel my order. Zero reliability.

Do not buy if from UK!!!!!!
I really do not recommend buying this product, they’re slow replying to emails and speaking from the UK would be an even huge no, I didn’t like the wallet at all so tried to return it…. Jesus… £30!!!!!! Had to keep a wallet I’ll never use as they don’t have a return policy from the uk please take this in mind as it says pay for it yourself which doesn’t seem bad untill you go the post office and get charged the same price as the wallet near enough.

Wallet broke in 2 months and they don’t reply
I would rate this company zero if I could.
First of all the shipment was delayed which I had paid around £15 for.
Secondly the personalised wallet broke within 2 months. It is flimsy and not worth the money at all. They state it is under warranty however that’s if you can get hold of them. I’ve sent several emails and had no response, I have also reached out on social media and had no reply.
Their communication is awful and they just send spammy emails in German, or emails to state they have received my email, but then never respond. They may reply on here asking me to email their support inbox but they 100% will not respond to it when I do.
