Angela Nindya M. did a good job and help me to find the booking number,it was even faster than getting in contact with the airline i fly with.

This website is very misleading. It represents itself as an actual airline website, yet in reality is a third party. I realized this after I had purchased my tickets and cancelled the transaction within an hour. The website indicated that cancellations could fully cancelled within 8 hours.
This company’s charges were higher than the actual airline costs, with much more restrictive policies.
The only charges that were actually refunded were the airline charges. Any charges that this company charged were not refunded even though we never used those services.
I wiuld caution everyone to check the website address carefully - they try to mimic official airline websites, and imply they are the airline. If you have any problems or issues, there are no people to contact, only AI text and responses.
AVOID THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL SAVE MONEY AND TIME!!

The airline Arajet already authorized a refund of 141 USD and confirmed it was sent to the agency. Flight Network is denying it and keeping my money. Booking ID: 4wx5si

Får ikke refundert pengene mine, selv om jeg ble lovert det tidligere. De tilbyr meg kun en voucher, som kan benyttes hos dem. Kommer aldri til å benytte dem igjen. fikk beskjed tidligere at jeg kunne få pengene tilbake for selve flyreisen, ikke for tilleggstjenestene. Sevicemedarbeider sa hun anbefalte meg å drøye til nærmere avreise før jeg tok et valg, og nå tilbyr de kun den jævla voucheren.
