Easy buying experience, excellent customer service, in addition to constant updates about your order, Erovenus is probably one of the best places to buy a doll. After trying their LN series dolls with Ultra-Soft Silicon its hard to go back to a TPE or regular Silicon doll, I would definitely consider buying another doll from Erovenus in the future.

I had a ton of questions and requests and the company responded very fast. They were more than happy to send me photos of different options and guide me through the best way to move forward. I didn’t know there was other options then what was listed on the site. I found out through Reddit and other websites. It would be fantastic if Erovenus could show all options such as different tunnels to choose from right on the website. I’m really excited to see photos of the finished product and cannot wait to receive it.

The company communicated well and often. They were able to make custom adjustments which were to my liking. From purchase to arrival was 34 days.

This was my second purchase from the company, the other product was an in stock item and shipped much quicker, less than a week.

I had a great experience shopping with the Erovenus team.

They helped me navigate changing my torso order and were very helpful when I had questions about customizations for both that updated order and a new one for a head. They even provided reference pictures to show what certain details would look like and sent images of the final product, so I always felt in the loop.

Communication was clear and they made the whole process feel like I was being taken care of.

I also appreciate their honesty. They were upfront that a custom head would only match the reference I provided about 70-80% due to the differences in the face mold.

I’ve purchased the torso that was in stock in CA warehouse which should only take 3-5 days to deliver. After two days after the purchase, I received the email with tracking number with UPS saying the label was created but not yet picked up. I contacted Erovenus and was told the product left the warehouse. Checked with UPS, it still says only label created but not picked up. How can UPS not picked up the product and left warehouse? I wrote to Erovenus again and was told that they have locate the shipment. It has been 5 days and no one knows where it is. So hard to trust this company.
