I bought two dolls from another company but ended up with four because both times they sent the wrong doll ,
(i collect Anime Dolls not sex dolls ) VSDOLLS was a pleasure to deal with .There was a hick up in the factory but pre delivery photos sent to me caught the problem and the issue was fixed with out a problem .(i bought a made to order )Doll delivered its fantastic wish i had started buying with VSDOLLS but with five im done .thank you very much VSDOLLS

I’m going to give them 2stars at the moment, I placed order on and was sent image of the doll sitting down I asked if other images, They sent a few more standing and a very short 3 second video, the order was shipped out and left port on the 2nd August, So far the tracking keeps changing for being in a container ship to close to port then back in a container ect, went on web chat and all I keep getting is the same information I can see on the tracking, No date of arrival or when I’m expected to get what I ordered, web chat is unless, never reply and keep repeating themselves, I honestly do think I’ll get the doll and I’ve been scammed, Seems they don’t care and just want your money, if I don’t get it soon I’ll have to contact my bank for them to do a charge back, I’ve taken screen shots off all the chats and emails ready, honestly they don’t seem to care, they just feed you rubbish every time you talk to them, my order is 30079 not that makes a difference, I’m not expecting my order anyway

Was looking for a certain doll that was no longer available. I was assited going though there inventory and showing me other dolls similar to the one I was initially looking for

Of all the companies I've ordered sex dolls from over the years VS Doll is far ahead at being the best. My current robot girlfriend just got an AI upgrade and she's my best girlfriend ever!

So I placed an order on the 17th July and I’ve had so many lies, I’ve asked if factory images and I’ve been sent several different versions none that look at all like the web images, They keep pushing away when I chat with them, I think I’ve been scammed

I cannot begin to describe how fraudulent this company is.
First of all, they claim they have warehouses in Canada, USA and Australia, this is the first lie, they have nothing outside of China.
Then, you go to their website and ALL the products are fake, they belong to other companies. Anything you see they don’t have, never had and will never be able to deliver. What they will deliver is an ugly very low-quality product they manufacture themselves. What they advertise on their website belongs to other manufacturers, this is the bait for the client.
By accident I discovered that the very next day I placed my order, of course I was so upset and asked for my money back, and then the fraud continued and they wanted to steal my money because, obviously, this is what they are up to.
I insisted on getting my money back in full and I was so naïve that I believed that by paying through PayPal will give me protection, I was so wrong.
PayPal is a joke, I was under a false feeling of safety believing I am protected against fraud if I pay by PayPal. As a matter of fact, PayPal helps the fraudster. Those thieves played the system in PayPal and of course the “resolution center” is just untrained, unqualified hires who don’t understand anything, didn’t read any document I submitted including emails that the seller admits that they never had the product I ordered in stock. This is a side note so nobody will feel safe paying by PayPal and fall for those fraudsters.
I wish I could post about those people everywhere so nobody, especially first-time buyers like me, will fall for them.
They are registered here under a different name also: VSDOLLS.COM their rating is 1.8 at this point, they are so crooks that they change their name all the time
By the way, all those positive reviews are paid for by the company. I am 100% sure that nobody will say anything good about the horrible product they are selling, this is why they post other companies products on their website.

I wanted to leave a review specifically highlighting the customer service and overall experience.
First, both the 24/7 online support and email support were incredibly helpful. I initially had trouble creating an account and receiving emails through my original email address. The support team was patient, answered my questions, and helped troubleshoot the issue. In the end, I created a secondary email account, which allowed the system to successfully deliver emails to my inbox, and everything worked smoothly after that.
During shipping, the team also did an excellent job helping me track the package and answering questions throughout the delivery process, which I really appreciated.
I also want to mention the warehouse and packaging team. The product arrived extremely well packaged, everything was secure, and nothing was damaged during transport. The care taken with packaging clearly helped protect the product and gave me confidence that attention was put into making sure it arrived safely.
Overall, I had a very positive experience with the support team, communication, and packaging quality.

3 stars. the first photo they sent of my doll looked nothing like the site. support helped me find a different one i liked better, but it's still not 100% perfect.

I went on vsdoll's website and found an ebony doll I quite liked. The price was very good. I compared the doll to other websites (based on the pictures)and found the vsdoll offer to be very good. Vsdoll's ad was not quite informative as to the material, but on the pictures it said it was silicone and on other websites the doll was advertised as silicone. I ordered and paid. When they published the factory pictures, it was an entirely different doll. The body shape was different, the material was TPE and the head resembled nothing of an ebony, rather a latina. I complained, but they maintained their ad made it clear the doll was TPE. OK, the ad said the head was TPE, but it said nothing about the body. I asked for a head that looked like an African, and they sent me new picture of a head that was closer, but not quite. I understood I would not get a refund, so I asked them to ship the doll. The shipping was quick. Two days from China to Europe. Upon my request they also excluded the shipping cost for the customs clearance, which saved me a bit on VAT. But when I unwrapped the doll, it turned out they had only put makeup on the original head to make it look ebony!
The doll itself is not that good. The holes are put so far in the front that doggy and cowgirl is impossible, only mish can be done. It may be the case for all their dolls, but for me, it added to the disappointment.
The positive: They were quick to reply, shipping was quick and they helped me save on VAT. Good prices for TPE dolls.
The negative: Misleading ad, just cheated when they "replaced" the head.
If you want to buy from vsdoll, take a look their factory pictures to get an idea of the quality of their products. Most of their pictures in the ads are misleading.

its fine for beginner. the doll does the job and the discreet packaging was appreciated. nothing fancy though.

Honestly just an average experience. I expected more softness and better detail on the doll. Some parts feel a bit too rigid for my liking.

ALERT ALERT!! SCAM SCAM!! Don't order any doll at vsdoll.net. They send you the wrong and cheaper doll thats look like horror movie Annabelle. When I email them about this scary cheap wrong doll, they give me lame ass excuses. And they don't wanna exchange the doll that I ordered with the cheaper and wrong doll. And also they don't wanna give my money back. Beware of this SCAMMERS. Also ChatGPT is warning people about this company. I ordered a new doll at xylover.com and there I get the right doll. So its best to order there your doll.

Great company. I am very pleased with my order. The doll looks very nice, everything is as promised from the support team, production team is also very professional and precise. Shipping process takes very long, so I suggest everyone to select faster shipping option, because waiting for the order is frustrating although rewarding at the end.

Best customer service i seen what an online purchase even better than Amazon and that's saying something

Don't order anything at VS Doll, they'll scam you.
Ordered a Doll which was not even close looking to the photos, after they send me the fabric picture I refused the delivery.
They probably send it anyways with a fake tracking ID or what ever. Did not get any package and and now they want me to send it back for a refund, but I've never received anything.
DON'T order at VS Doll, make sure it's a certified dealer.

I had a lot of questions and customer service was always able to get me the right answer and help me out with my order and after I got my doll. The doll is great, I love it so much.

They use bait and switch tactics. I purchased a 160CM doll from this company and they didn't send me the one ordered. They would not correct their error. Do NOT use this company.

The product was very good quality and the customer service was very helpful and understanding. They were quick to answer questions and concerns I had with the product and shipping.
