As far as customer service, it was one of the best online shopping experiences I ever had.
We had to make some adjustments after purchase and they were very accomodating

We ordered the doll in March of 2025 and have used the doll 6 times since we received it. We keep it stored in box with lid so it stays protected. We went to to use it over the weekend and metal is ticking out of the right leg and the same thing is about to happen on the left leg. There’s also tears on the back side of the leg. I would have thought the quality would have been better after on,y being used six times.

So now that I’ve owned Jennifer 2.0 for a couple of weeks now I feel confident in writing a review. I’ll start out by saying that the price tag is a bit hefty when you first look at it, and after doing some research and reading all of the positive reviews, I pulled the trigger on Jennifer 2.0 and I haven’t been happier with my purchase! Once I placed the order and she arrived, it really is something beautiful to stare at. Amazing jiggly big booty with a tight and fit waste. All other reviews are very true, she is thicker than a snicker and also pretty heavy. You get used to the weight after a while but she will always be heavy, and that’s a really good thing as it feels top quality and she can take it like a champ in anyway you choose. There really is nothing like this product and it does feel like the real deal, so fun to use and slap around! Now the cleaning process is a bit tedious but you get used to fairly quick, after all Jennifer 2.0 takes care of me really well so I want to take care of her as well so she can last me a while. For anyone that is on the fence on buying her, just look at all the positive feedback she gets and just look at some of the videos, it really is just such a fun product to have! And to top it off customer support is top notch, always quick with a reply and also incredibly polite. I am a customer for life and I love love love my Jennifer 2.0(wheat)!

Doll ordered was supposed to be dark skinned with dark acsence. Instead I received all pale/white with packaging inprints across upper torso/belly/breasts. Hip joints & spine too stiff. Not sure how durable...

I like the doll but I feel the positioning of the parts are a little lower than I like. I have the Emily I want to say and those are spot on but I just fell with this doll they are a bit lower than I like. The jiggling is really good I like that but the doll is heavy and can be annoying to move around or find the right spot to use. I run into the issue of the doll being too low or not high enough for me to have fun with. But over all some what satisfied just wish it wasn’t as difficult to use.

This appears to be completely legitimate and matches what they’re selling.

Good morning or evening all. I just wanted to provide a quick overview of my recent, third purchase from SexDollTorso.com (the 2nd purchase was for one of their storage bags). I can't help but say, one of the best features of the company, is that they have multiple warehouses in the United States, so so matter where you are, you'll likely recieve your shipment in a matter of a few days (I believe all of my purchases have arrived around the 4 day mark). Once you order, they always make sure to notify the local warehouse, gosh, it seems immediately (may be automated). Regardless, I recently ordered the Olsen model, and much like Doris, she arrived in great condition, with a fast shipping! I should point out, the company was actually on Holiday Break when I ordered, so the fact that they still prioritized customers, and made sure items were being promptly shipped is so commendable!

I’ve been a fan of SDT for a while now. I always enjoyed seeing SDT dolls in action from other people’s content. I bought Alexandra 3.0 thinking I was upgrading from the 1.0 version. In reality, I ended up with a doll that looks beautiful but isn’t suitable for how most people would use a companion doll — cuddling, lying beside you, or sleeping next to you.

Within a month, I noticed tearing along the seam where the gel and TPE meet, particularly near the butt/gel. When I reached out to SDT, they quickly tried to shift the blame — suggesting maybe it was my blanket, or that I had used her incorrectly.

When I explained that I cuddle with the doll at night (gently, as a bed companion), I was told she should be kept in the box when not in active use. That’s 90 pounds of soft material, too fragile to lie beside. That information should be clearly stated on the product page.

Alexandra 3.0 is marketed as a TPE doll, but the gel construction makes her fragile and unsuitable for consistent physical intimacy. If you're above average in size, she will likely tear even after light use. And while I was sent a repair kit, I didn’t bother — the material is so delicate that it would only tear again.

I do appreciate the customer service team’s politeness, and their offer of a discount on future purchases. But the truth is: I wouldn’t have bought from this company again had I known what I now know.

The 1.0 version was more durable, nearly as soft, and far more functional. The gel upgrade is overrated — softness means nothing if it comes at the cost of longevity.

I sincerely hope the company updates their marketing to reflect the true limitations of their gel dolls. Customers deserve honesty before spending nearly $2000 on something they can't even safely cuddle with.
