Erie Home came out to our house and gave us a estimate on roofing our two story barn! They were prompt, courteous,and professional! They cleaned up after the job was done and walked around with me to show me what they did! Very impressive with the work and price. I would recommend this company to anyone! Thanks guys!

I was to receive a rebate two weeks after the work was completed but never received it. I called the office day after day and left message but they failed to to respond back to me regarding the rebate. I have it noted by their staff as part of the contract.

Eire Home was a big help to me. After hearing about the company and the materials I felt comfortable going with them for my new roof. I was correct to trust them! The whole process went very smoothly, efficiently and friendly. It looks fantastic! I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for courteous and excellent service.

Wow, they tried! Talk about high pressure sales, omg. The salesman was so aggravated that I shut him down on his high pressure sales, discounts, and general product description and their procedures. I told him at the beginning before he was to even look at my roof that I understand what is needed. I explained I have been in the remodeling business for over 40 years. Long story short their bid came in at literally 3.5 times higher than my highest of 4 bids at $17,300! Yes $58,500...they tried, lol. After I said hell to the no, he proceeded to reduce the price for gimmicky discount tactics all of $4800. He gave me a generic price sheet, no business name on it, no business card, very unprofessional. He said "We will keep this short and sweet" but then after sitting down I was told they usually spend 90 or more minutes on the estimate. I even was asked if I'm trying to tell him how to do his job. Oh boy! Not for me. Got a first name of Ryan and another gentleman was with him. Nice try guys. A recommendation, at least use a breath mint.

I have been very pleased with the customer service of Erie Home. Anytime that I called them with a question, they returned my call promptly. They informed me of every aspect of the new roof and checked in after. I am happy with the work and the quality AND the customer service

1st was impressed with the ad I saw on Erie Homes metal roofs, knew I wanted to invest in that looks for our home. Seeing it in person made us a believer. It may cost more than a 'tradional' metal roof, but with it's impressive stying and 50 yr guarantee it was well worth the extra cost. Had a bit of damage to one of the gutters during work, which they replaced no question. Also in 3 previous roofing jobs in various homes this was the first time not a single screw was left in yard or driveway to find it being stepped on or in a tire. We highly recommend Eric Homes for a roofing job, for their looks and professionalism.

The crew did an excellent job. Cleaned up everything when the job was done. Getting alot of compliments on my new roof !

Sales person explained everything clearly and expertly. High quality products which were shown to us before ordering. Roofers worked all day and completed roof in one day. They stayed late to clean up the yard. Very satisfied with the whole process.

Our experience was very good. Corey was great. We thought we were getting a metal roof, but it turned out to be shingle because Corey said it was double the price of shingle. But they use a much stronger paper under the shingles and it really looks beautiful!!

They will overcharge you. Do not fall for this scam of a company. You could end up paying $80K for a roof. Please, go with anybody else—you’ll thank me later.
