Water issues in the basement just as I am getting ready to list my home For Sale. Erie Home was able to generate a quote and schedule repairs in a very timely manner. The repair crew, heady up by Bobby, were polite and professional. Repairs were made, and I was able to list my home knowing the new owner would not be experiencing the same water issues.

The Staff was friendly and professional. The Quality of the product is exceptional. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for roofing companies. The only downside is the cost. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The 50 year warranty on the metal roof is awesome.

Contacting Erie was simple and pleasant. The receptionist was ready to take my information and process it to the representatives that came to see me. Reece and David made a complete inspection and then an in-depth presentation of the products. Explanations of the materials and how they worked together gave a clear picture of the product and its advantages. After making a decision they made all the paperwork needed to provide a clear picture of the costs and the financial requirements. All this was done in home and set up for me to approve. Time frame for material delivery was established and after that Brndon came a few days later to see what the house and inform the installation crew. The crew was professional and worked extended hours. When work was completed the house and yard were cleaned up and materials removed. I was asked to inspect the house and yard to give my satisfaction with the work. This was excellent experience over the entire process. I am happy with the new roof and the company involved with it.

Good communication fast installation couldn’t even tell installers were there cleanup was great

The whole experience was wonderful. Highly recommend the metal shingles. It gave our home a new look. They were very thorough and respectful of our property.

This company came to my house but did not go up on the roof. After over an hour of a sales presentation they left to calculate a quote. They returned and did not have the quote they took my contact information and left promising me a quote for my roof repair. Three days later I contacted the company via txt and asked for my quote from them
To this day I have not received a quote a complete waste of my time.
The sales person was very rude and pushy and lied to me about providing a quote do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this company

The installation was outstanding. The roofing team was very attentive to the quality of their work in a timely manner. They were very organized with safety in mind. After the job was done a thorough clean up was done around the house. I highly recommend Erie Home for roof installation.

We had a new roof and gutter guards installed in November of 2024. The salesman and the installers were great. There service department never returns calls. They did not install a section of gutter guards on my house. I noticed it this year and climbed up on the roof to figure out why the gutters were having problems. I had to clean the gutters and I am trying to get it fixed before the Fall this year. I have called the local office manager twice and the national line four times. The local branch will not reach out to me. The national people keep telling me that they send the information to the local branch and to wait two days for a call, they never call. So I keep calling in with no course of action......

I would give zero stars if that were an option.

We contacted Erie because we were seriously considering having our roof replaced and wanted an estimate so we could compare our options. Instead, we experienced one of the most exhausting and high-pressure sales presentations we have ever encountered.

We spent more than five hours with an Erie sales representative. Five hours is an extraordinary amount of time for what should have been a roofing estimate and an opportunity to discuss the company's product and proposal.

What was especially troubling to us was the pricing tactic.

The initial price presented to us was approximately $83,497.

We were then told that if we signed the contract that same day, the price would be reduced to $73,252.

We were very clear that we were not going to sign a major roofing contract on the spot. We wanted time to review the proposal, compare it with other contractors, and make an informed decision.

After we refused to sign that day, the price suddenly dropped again to approximately $69,900.

So, in the course of one sales presentation, the price went from:

$83,497 → $73,252 → $69,900.

That was a difference of more than $13,500 from the original price.

At that point, it was very difficult for us to believe that these were genuine discounts based on the value of the roof. It felt much more like a negotiation tactic designed to create urgency and pressure us into signing immediately.

The representative left with the understanding that we had "missed" the discount because we would not sign that day. We were then told that if we called back in a couple of days, he would see what he could do.

That entire approach left us extremely uncomfortable.

A roof is a major investment. We believe homeowners should be given a fair, transparent price and reasonable time to review a contract—not presented with an artificially high starting price and progressively larger "discounts" tied to how quickly they are willing to sign.

What made the experience even more frustrating was that we spent over five hours in this sales process only to come away feeling pressured rather than confident in the company.

We have since spoken with other roofing contractors who were willing to inspect our roof, answer our questions, provide detailed proposals, and give us time to make our decision without this kind of pressure.

We will not be doing business with Erie.

My advice to anyone considering Erie is to get other estimates first, do not feel pressured to sign anything during the initial appointment, and pay very close attention to how the pricing changes when you refuse to make an immediate commitment.

For us, the sales experience completely destroyed our confidence in the company.

From start to finish Erie Home was great to work with. Zack and John were very accommodating with my work schedule. Being on an island i was impressed that gave so much of there time to make everything work for us. My father had just passed and my mom and I had things he wanted on our mind. They listened and we felt we got what we wanted not just what they were selling.
Both install teams were fast and polite. The products are exactly as described. Scheduling was easy and the install was in good time after signing.
I have two dogs and three cats, I was great full with how well clean up was handled.
I would suggest them to my friends I want to impress.

When asked to sign off on the completion make sure they speak English so you as a home owner can understand the workers.
Other than that they did a good job

Provided great education surrounding their products and installation process. Installation was very professional and cleanup was superb. Great experience.

I am very satisfied with my new roof. I didn't know how to fix my roof, I was ready to sell my house but my husband didn't want to move, cause this is our home. Erie Home called us and set up an appointment. Less than 2 weeks my roof was done.
The contractors were very polite and thorough. They cleaned up after they were done. Thank you all for a job well done.
