You caused me great embarrassment by clearly indicating the contents of the package. I will NEVER order anything from you again. You are insensitive Idiots. Do not contact me again.

We are truly sorry for the embarrassment this caused you and we completely understand your frustration.

Having looked into your order, your package was dispatched in a supplier's box which carries the words "Medical Supplies" on the exterior. While no product details were printed on the box, we fully appreciate that even general labelling of this nature can cause embarrassment, particularly when deliveries are made in view of others.

We are reviewing our packaging process as a direct result of your feedback, including how we handle supplier boxes for sensitive product categories. This is exactly the kind of feedback that helps us improve.

Very impressed with Elderly Care…

Very impressed with Elderly Care Products - they were top class. Had 3 calls with John before placing my order and he was very informative, knowledgeable and trusting. Would highly recommend!
