Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 150 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently report that products, such as glasses and various serums, do not work as advertised and are of poor quality, sometimes causing adverse reactions like skin burns or blurred vision. Many feel the items received are cheap substitutes, failing to deliver promised benefits. Furthermore, consumers express significant frustration with the refund policy, which many describe as an empty promise, struggling to receive full refunds despite guarantees. People are often offered only partial amounts or face difficulties with the return process. Reviewers also highlight that prices are frequently perceived as too high for the poor quality products, with identical items available much cheaper elsewhere.

Collagen Lifting body lotion

This company actually replied back and answered my refund request for COLLAGEN LIFTING BODY LOTION, but because I was out of the guaranteed refund date by a week, they refused.
I went on the date that I had received the product not the date it was ordered so I am very disappointed.
On the product it self they offered and discount on the next purchase. Please ??????Really?????
I want to return it because it DOES NOTHING to improve my skin!!! Offering me a discount on the next order is NOT going to make the product better.
So in short it does not work AT ALL

Absolute disgrace of a company

Absolute disgrace of a company. I requested a refund within their stated timeframe - product unused. I have received several emails offering a percentage discount of the purchase price to keep the product and have now received no communication since refusing their offer. The marketing for the item I ordered is misleading and fake. I will be reporting to trading standards. DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Bought eelhoe retinol eye stick from Elycura for £26.99. Found out afterwards the same product was on Amazon for £5.99 and other sites for a similar price.
This company is the next best thing to a con IMHO.
Do not use them, their prices are inflated beyond belief.
Wasted over £20. on this product, to line their banks accounts.
Beware and please do not use them under any circumstances for anything

I have email threads of over 3 weeks…

I have email threads of over 3 weeks asking for my money back from the minute I got delivery. Scam company. Took money and the product delivered wasn't what was pictured and was a cheap version that I could get from Temu for about £2 when they charged me £15 a pot.
Refused to give me full refund, worst customer service and I'm stuck with a product I will not use. The score on their emails from trust pilot is made up, do your research

On June 24th I ordered Firm and Restore

On June 24th I ordered Firm and Restore. I immediately sent a request to cancel the order. There is a customer service phone number, however no one works the phones. I sent email after email to the customer service posted email because I never received a confirmation that the order had processed. Nothing, it was like pulling teeth to get answers pertaining to the order, for instance I never received a tracking number. I asked more than once for a refund... nothing! Today I received an email saying that the order was lost and did I want a replacement. Why would I want a replacement when I wanted to cancel the order in the beginning. I demanded a refund. Let's see if I get it after all of this time.
I have also contacted the better business bureau. This is the worst company, the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
The only reason I gave this review one star is because I couldn't write the review without giving a rating. Otherwise I would not have given a star at all!!!

Elycura customer care.

I bought some auto focus glasses from them. They sent me an email confirmation of my order and then sent me a tracking code for inpost. Meant to be with inpost on the 16th of June 26 and meant to be with me by 22nd June 26. I called inpost and they claim they never recieved the package from Elycura. I emailed Elycura help and not heard from them since. There are lots of areas that need improvement and too many to list here but they could improve their customer service, fulfil orders and send them out before claiming order is fulfilled.

Appalling customer service

Finally having to settle for a 50% refund because I don’t have the time or energy to argue. Website says there is 100% refund policy. They absolutely will not honour this. Total scam. Appalling customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Scam company - AVOID

I award this company zero stars. This company is a scam. I ordered two bottles of Elycura face serum via Facebook. They didn't turn up, they sent a bottle of something called "botox face solution" which I did not want nor did I order. I've tried to get my money refunded. They offered 20percent, then 30percent now final offer of 40Percent. I want a complete refund as I did not receive the goods. Do not buy anything from them. They are total scammers.

I bought lip oil from Elycura

I bought lip oil from Elycura. They promise a full refund if you’re not satisfied with the product which is completely false. When l emailed them explaining l wanted to return 2 of the 3 lip oils l had purchased it seems they do not actually give you a refund! I have been offered 10% of what l paid and a 15% voucher off a future purchase which apparently demonstrates their commitment to excellent customer service! Do not buy anything from this company
