Avoid, their customer service after sale is non existing even if you write in spanish they still won't give a f...
I've tried to contact withing the 15 days gap the customer service to return the item since doesn't work, they never reply, I bet you after this they will reply, but since already 15 days passed over they will just apologise and carry on with their own lives as usually....
Evítalo, su servicio de atención al cliente después de la venta es inexistente; incluso si escribes en español, igual no te van a hacer ni caso.
Intenté contactar con el servicio dentro del plazo de 15 días para devolver el artículo porque no funciona, pero nunca respondieron. Apuesto a que después de esto sí contestarán, pero como ya han pasado los 15 días, simplemente se disculparán y seguirán con su vida como siempre…

Found the part I was looking for! Great experience despite problem with UPS not working properly on the UK side to let me know that they had the package or where the package was. Ecooparts investigated for me and all was fine.
