Good and innovative solution
The product was exactly as described and very easy to install. I was very pleased with what I received and how it worked for me. The communication with the company was also very smooth and easy. The only downside is, that due to the custom measurements, it took a bit less than a month to receive the product.

Bad customer service
We had to return the curtains because they did not fit the measurements we needed. We have a confirmation number for the return (3362). It has been more than a month, and we still have not received our refund. They are not replying to our emails, and we are not getting any response.
The curtains are beautiful and the quality is very high, but think twice before buying. If you have a problem and need to return the product, there is no guarantee that you will get your money back.

Just perfect!
I have ordered the curtain rod 160-300 cm and it is just as described: works perfectly, very stable, great quality, and super easy to put on. I am really happy and can highly recommend it.
Also the delivery was fast. It is definitely worth every penny. :)
