I ordered the Heavy Duty Adjustable Twist Jet that doesn't fit any of my outside faucets.
I ordered the Heavy Duty Adjustable Twist Jet Sweeper which, in fact, did come in. However, the attacments don't work on my outside faucet in order to perform a jet sweep of my porch, car, driveway, or anything else. The nozzle attachment is ***useless***. I was offered a refund with a note to keep the item. I was told the refund would arrive within 7 to 14 days: I have yet to receive it. When asked to explain what is happening, I get what appears to be a generic email with literally no new information and simply a composite of what already has occurred. So far, the product they sent me doesn't fit any of my faucets (outside or inside) and therefore is useless, and to boot, I am still out of the refund they promised me. Still, I'll wait for a few more days to see an improvement. I will write another review if no action is taken on my request. So far, I am very disappointed with this company and will not do business with them again.

Don’t trust this company they stole my money I ordered a product the tire pressure reset tool on August 10th and I still haven’t received it the tracking didn’t work and I tried several times to contact them through their email and no one responded and I still haven’t received my product as of today they are liars and thieves and not to be trusted

False Advertising
These items were advertised specifically as cat toys, made with heavier gauge vinyl to protect from cat claws. Shipping was a little slow but not too bad. Imagine my surprise, however, when I opened the pkg to discover these were actually made for babies, with photos of same on the pkg. After reading your return policy, I discovered that returning the unopened pkg would cost me more than I paid for the items so I went ahead and put one out for my pets after clipping all 3 cat's claws. They did enjoy it, but the mat lasted less than 18 hours before springing a leak. For shame! The last time I will do business with your company.

Easepicks has done nothing in attempting to make good with either sending me the product which I paid for that I never received or sending me a refund and has stopped responding to my emails.

I will never go back to the old toilet brush method, of cleaning my toilet. Easepicks.com is a great company to deal with. Their bathroom(toilet) cleaner is so hygienic and easy to use.
