I was there yesterday got confused with parfum will suit me as all parfum smells nice, Nina came to me to help me choose the best parfum she gave me different test of parfum at the end I asked her opinion among the parfums I smelled she picked one and I really liked it it smells soo cool. Courtney is absolutely amazing at her job. I am a sales director and I can sincerely say that she has a natural altitude for sales and client relationships. She is very personable and professional. Her superlative sales competencies stem from confidence, genuine interest, active listening and genuine drive for sales. I definitely endorse ber abilities and I had an extremely positive experience. Five stars. I will be back again.

I was back in Dublin recently and had to visit Dubai Perfume at Jervis Shopping Centre again. I originally went in looking for Marj, but this time I discovered Lathani — an incredibly rich, oud-based fragrance with amazing longevity. I’ve already received plenty of compliments, not only from work colleagues but even from strangers.

I also took advantage of their excellent 3-for-2 offer, which was absolutely worth it. I was served by Kristine, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the experience. She guided me patiently and helped me choose the best fragrances to suit my taste.

The deal itself is fantastic — 3 perfumes for the price of 2, 6 complimentary samples of your choice, plus loyalty points. What more could you ask for?

A big compliment to the store for having such friendly, professional, and customer-focused staff. Highly recommended!

I was assisted by Veera at Liffey Valley shopping centre. He was pleasant and helpful.

I went to get my son a bottle of aftershave for his birthday. There was a such a big selection. The girl server was brilliant. She picked a sent that was really nice. She knew her stuff. The 2 girls were friendly and knowledgeable. I also got a bottle of perfume for myself. The discount when you spend over 70€ was brilliant. Definitely going to do more shopping there. Thanks Lenka for been so patient and helpful. See you again soon 🥰🥰

If I could give them zero stars I would. I just went in there to buy perfume and it was a horrible experience. I was approached by a female member of staff who initially seemed polite but when I said I was okay and didn't need help, she went over to another member of staff and clearly and within earshot said to "keep an eye on her".
I have been in there before and bought many favourites. However today I was made feel like a criminal. She decided to follow me around the shop and stare at me. This is appalling customer service and was clearly done as she made a prejudiced decision about how I looked. I was just finished a long days work, I am in peri menopause and I may have been flushed and sweating.
None of that is any of her business and I left in tears.
Don't sell discount and dupe products and then expect high end customers. They will just buy the real thing. Awful experience and I do not recommend.

Staff are extremely helpful.
You got free samples with each purchase and also reward points with you sign up to their loyalty card system via email.

I look for to new arrivals and the body’s preys coming in the new shop.

I want to acknowledge the hard work and passion demonstrated by Robert and Dema. Their dedication towards customers is commendable.

However, it’s fair to mention that some new employees could benefit from additional training in customer service. Recognizing this as a part of the business growth process, I am hopeful that, with time and guidance, the team will continue to improve.

Despite the room for enhancement, the commitment of Robert and Dema sets a positive tone for the overall customer experience.
