I honestly don’t understand why this…
I honestly don’t understand why this product is advertised as “Super Hold”. The hold is extremely weak and does not last on my hair at all. I use it for a messy, textured hairstyle that requires strong hold, and my hair quickly loses its shape and falls apart.
I have used other strong-hold clays that performed significantly better. For a product advertised as “Super Hold”, I expected much stronger and longer-lasting hold.
I’m also very disappointed with the delivery service. I was not given a tracking number for my order and had to call customer service myself just to get the tracking information. I shouldn’t have to contact the company just to receive basic information about where my order is.
Overall, poor experience with both the product and the delivery service. I would not recommend it if you actually need strong hold.

A trustworthy website
The time it took for the company to pack and send out my item was very fast. I ordered before 21:00 (9 PM) and got a mail confirming that my order was prepared and on its way only five hours later which in my experience was fast. However, they promise 1-3 delivery time if ordered before 21:00 however that was not the case for me. I ordered on a Thursday and got my package on Wednesday the next week which was probably more a problem with the postal service. No other problem with shipping though and my product was in mint condition so I will most likely order from these guys again.

No sign of my order
I placed an order on the 5th of August despite all the bad reviews on here. It is now the 12th of August, and the last update I have from the parcel tracking is from the 7th. I am in serious doubt that I will ever receive my order, and it is my recommendation that you do not order from this company despite the low prices.

Delayed delivery, but excellent support ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
My original order was unfortunately lost in transit, and the tracking stopped updating shortly after it was shipped.
This resulted in a much longer delivery time than expected.
However, after contacting customer support a few times, they acknowledged the issue, apologized, and promptly sent a replacement parcel.
The replacement was shipped on July 24 and arrived on August 1.
The customer service was professional, polite, and ultimately resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
My only criticism is the shipping process, which appears to be the weakest part of the overall experience. I hope they will review their shipping partners to avoid similar situations in the future.
In the end, I received my order, and I appreciate that The Alpha Men took responsibility and found a good solution.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service.
I ordered a product nearly 3 weeks ago. I followed the parcel, and it never left the Netherlands.
I contacted customer service to request a refund, and they got back to me saying they would investigate why the parcel had been stopped at the warehouse instead of processing my refund as I requested.
After three days without hearing from you, I am disappointed. There is nothing you can do to sort this out but to issue a refund.
I hope this will help you to be more diligent with online purchases.
