The luggage allowance hasn't been sought, as anticipated, she cleverly handled the situation very well by way of some discount and issues were resolved amicably. I was a little unsure at first dealing with this agent but I was assured all the way from Aman that I was in good hands !! He gave great service and I was delighted with my booking of flights from him which were very good savings compared to the Emirates website. I would definitely use them again.

My agent at dream holidays Karan was extremely helpful. I bought flight tickets and went to Makkah in Ramadan this year February 2026. My return date was in March and flight was via Qatar however the flights had cancelled due to the war with Iran and no flights in Qatari airspace. Karan was very helpful and arranged my flights with another airline back to UK with no extra cost. Karan kept a clear communication open with me and my wife by phone and email and updated us. Because of karans actions I did not experience the difficulties other people had faced. I also returned home on the same original date as before no delays. I will definitely use his services again. Booked my flights last minute to Barbados. Ayesha Omar assisted me through the whole process. She was very accurate, and helpful. I made a mistake on the dates which I found out after making the booking and Ayesha corrected it, with no penalty to me. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, because of Ayesha’s assistance. If I could, I’d give her 6/5 as she deserves it! Additionally, the cost of the flights was a lot less than anywhere else.
I cannot recommend this company and Ayesha enough!! 😁

We had a bumpy start but both Zian and I resolved the issues more than satisfactory.

I was able to, not only book our optimum flight dates/times and airline, we even got a reasonably price seats with extra legroom. This was important to me being disabled.

I was a little nervous about using this company as it advertised on Facebook. Once I'd checked them out as genuine I booked a flight that was £150 cheaper than the airline website. Very happy with that and the service level.
