First off all shittiest delivery time ever like yeh i get 1hr late is common but damn 4 hrs bro im starving and none is even answering me giving me 17 derhams of damned promo when my food cost 420 derhams is this country made from braindeds not single thing is straight or right everything taste and smells shit my last order was fancy ass burgers but damned deliver guy made sure my burgers looked like it was from local shop and more like pancake and my drinks were not even half full like wtf 2 sips of sprite did the driver got thirsty or worker where my order was places on? Like is that bad to work at some places that u need to take it from my order? And lasty if it that damn hard just make everything little more pricey and just make the app and workers do their shit right so i dont have to worry abt my sprite getting drinked and my burgers sitted on

I’ve had multiple orders arrive with missing items, including the last one where the main items weren’t delivered at all. The issue keeps happening and customer support hasn’t resolved it. It’s been really disappointing and makes the app feel unreliable. This was the last time I’ll use it. I can’t rely on a service that repeatedly fails to deliver what I paid for.

I never write bad reviews, ever. I have ordered with Glovo multiple times and the other night I ordered from them again. I waited over 2 hours for my order. The customer service rang me and said that I could go to bed and they would refund me in the morning. 2 hours after the restaurant had closed they said it was ‘delivered’ I was awake no one rang the bell no one delivered anything and the customer support have refused to give me a refund their customer has been the worst, every time I was in contact with them they sent the same message I have now cancelled my subscription and will never be using again. I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before using their service!

I am extremely disappointed with Glovo. I placed an order at one price, but after it had already been dispatched, the receipt showed that I had to pay an additional €5. I was never informed in advance that the price had changed.

When I contacted customer support, they explained that their app had glitched. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake and offering a solution, they told me they could not compensate me and that my only options were to pay the extra €5 or not receive my order.

The most absurd part was when they told me I should have taken a screenshot of my order before placing it as proof. What normal person takes a screenshot of every order without any reason to expect a problem? Customers should not be expected to protect themselves against bugs in the company’s app.

When the mistake is caused by Glovo’s own system, the company should take responsibility instead of making the customer pay the price for it. After this experience, I am seriously reconsidering whether I will ever use Glovo again.

The curier stolen my food.The Glovo support cover the curier and they did not refund me.This is a scam company.

Complete crap service. I spent half an hour trying to pay and it only accepted Apple Pay… which I don’t have. Called customer service and they ask “what you want me to do”. ORDER FOOD! Seriously it’s a shit app.

I only received half of my order, and the food that did arrive was crushed. The courier smelled of alcohol. When I contacted Glovo's customer support, they couldn't have cared less about the issue. They just sent me back to the app, where I was offered a pathetic voucher instead of a proper refund. I'll never use this app again

If the restaurant messes up your order they straight up do not care. Tough luck for you I guess...

Awful service. An hour and half for delivery. I can see my driver travelling in the opposite direction. I won't use them again.

I ordered something and it didn't arrive. They would not refund me. I did a chargeback but they disputed it with my bank so I never got my money back.

Lol. Total garbage like created for a school project in middle school. 100 percent worthless! In the 21st century, unlike anything ever. It's not an APP. It's a joke,,something to irritate you. I have not been able.to use this in over a month. I think DOC of Virginia purposely uses this to create frustration from the people locked up. Just make them miserable so they can act out. I have had so many problems with this, and customer service took six weeks to respond. Why didn't DOC of Virginia dive deep into the reviews of this so-called App?? You obviously didn't. Worthless piece of garbage! Lol.

I pay for their Prime subscription. When I compare the same orders with my partner (whitout Prime), she often have cheaper price than me. Glovo invents some fees in my app that Prime "cancels" to pretend I'm saving money, but it's all fake.

I would not recommend Glovo based on my experience. My issue was closed before I had a chance to properly review or accept the proposed solution. To make things worse, the refund was issued only as app credit, forcing me to continue using the platform instead of receiving my money back.

Customer support felt dismissive, and I was left to deal with the problem on my own. This is not the level of service I expect from a company handling customer orders and payments.

Glovo drivers will cancel your order just so they can eat your food. Glovo will also charge you for orders you already paid for. Support will not help you. There are so many ways drivers can play the system and scam you. Do not use this app.

My wish to be able to select 0 star is beyond me

I use the Georgian app and the entire menu is in Georgian, as an expat it's super frustrating to use.

Once again! I gave them another try! Sure enough….,, what I ordered was wrong again and or missing. They won’t tell you until it’s too late for items unavailable! You still have to pay them! Total junk!

If there was something lower than a one star, then I would have given that. Glovo has the worst customer service and support I have ever experienced.
The frustration that comes from ordering with the app is unmatched, for an app that claims to offer hassle free deliveries.
I honestly do not wish them well, I hope whoever is leading them experiences the kind of frustration I have just gone through.
