Compared to other branches
Compared to other branches, the sales staff here in Field's are not well trained, acting as if you are not welcome. Example: On my recent visit, before I picked up the products I had purchased and left the checkout counter, she went to the back of the store.

Tak for din anmeldelse. Vi forstår godt, at det kan virke mærkeligt, når Færøerne er en del af Kongeriget Danmark. Desværre gælder der en række særlige juridiske og afgiftsmæssige regler ved forsendelse af e-cigaretter og relaterede produkter uden for det danske told- og afgiftsområde.
Af den grund sender vi i øjeblikket kun inden for Danmarks grænser, og det er derfor ikke muligt at vælge Færøerne som leveringsadresse på webshoppen.

Support and service are terrible
Bought a mod around a year ago, and then brought it back as there was a connectivity issue with the batteries. I have been using the same batteries, 4 in total, to the 2 new mods I bought from gejser, and they work fine, with both mods. However, in their service they state that the issue was that I need to get new batteries. I have explained the issue and even showed what is going on to 2 different employees, it has been more than 2 months, I have gone to the store 3 times to ask, and up to this date no one really knows what to say to me. Sloppy, no organization,,they do not even know whose handwriting is on the paper of the service

Unreliable & unprofessional
Claiming they are open the first and last Sunday a month 10-16 (Copenhagen), rushing there after work well before closing time, of course they were closed.
Although their product is alright, I researched myself, their employee was hopeless and only able to recommend her personal experience/product, not having any knowledge about the rest of the products selling in the store/company, nor asking for my needs. Poor service.

I ordered a device
I ordered a device. I got the information online that it comes with all the parts and it didn’t. Which is fine, I must have misread it. Also the device was not working no matter how long I was charging it. I took a visit to the store in Slagelse where I bought the missing parts and the sales lady changed the device. I ask her to plug the new one in and see if it lights up, she said it did but when I got home it wasn’t working. I charged it for at least an hour and still nothing. I had to go back again, ask for a refund and buy a different brand.

Selling a defective product and not receiving a refund or exchange
I bought iqos iluma from Nestved storcenter store as a gift for my friend in another country. When I gave the gift I realised that the product was not working. When I went back to Denmark about 20 days later, when I went to the same store for a return or exchange, the employee there said that he could not make a return or exchange. Later, when tested with a computer in a different iqos partner shop, it was understood that the battery was defective. I bought a zero product and it was not exchanged or returned.
