I too have lost my money and am now having to take action through my bank. I will also be reporting them to trading standards and potentially the police as they have breached various UK consumer laws during the course of my dealing with them and repeatedly ignored opportunities to rectify the situation.
Just don’t waste your time and money and never use this scam website. If you are unlucky enough to do so and see this - please report them as I have done and let’s get it shut down so no one else loses their money.

Terrible first experience

Goods purchased have not arrived in time for birthdays, despite your site stating they would arrive by Aug 3.
Emailed kidudu on Aug 7. As of Aug 21, still waiting for a reply and explanation as to why goods were not received in timely manner. This range barely fit the definition of Montessori style items. And the deceptive website name of kidudu.com.au - suggesting they’re an Australian company. Unlikely.

This "company" is absolute GARBAGE. I regret not looking at reviews before making the purchase that I did. I had not heard anything for two weeks after placing my order, and reached out to customer service. It took them a few days to respond, only for them to let me know the product was on backorder. Horrible customer service. I finally received the product nearly one full month later, and it definitely did not come from "Kidzly" and was complete garbage quality. I have emailed to demand a refund and just find this very, very unsavory overall. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Terrible. I ordered a telescope for my niece's birthday. External and internal packaging arrived damaged . The company asked me to test the telescope to verify that it had been damaged in transit prior to considering a refund/exchange. I should not have to test a product to qualify for a refund. As a consumer you'd expect to receive a product undamaged.

This makeup kit was advertised as "playsafe" but contains harmful toxins - completely unacceptable for a product marketed to children. The toys themselves are cheap, low-quality imports that don't match the premium branding.
What makes it worse: despite the Australian-sounding name, returns go to Poland - costing nearly half the purchase price. It feels deliberately designed to discourage refunds.
Slow shipping on top of everything. Save your money and shop somewhere that actually stands behind their products. Would not recommend.

I would rate 0 if I could. I ordered a handheld metal ball puzzle. I recorded no order confirmation at all and when I emailed they sent me a confirmation. What I received as 100 mini bees and 3 a square wooden pieces. I emailed and said the sent me the wrong item (I sent pictures). They insisted the sent the correct item and refused to give me refund. Even with proof that I received the wrong item they would not budge.

Good communication
The product came in good time and was as described. I did ask to return it though as I realised it wasn't right for my grandchildren. The company responded quickly and offered me a return or a partial discount. I had planned to return it but then realised the head office is in Poland, not in the UK so I opted for the partial discount, which I received promptly with good communication throughout.
