Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered a bow and arrow kit for my son’s birthday. I ordered it in May, and his birthday is in July.

Sometime in June I get an email from Kidzly with the header “Urgent- pick up you package as soon as possible” and then there was a link for me to pay for the shipping, and they explained there had been failed attempts of delivery, and now it had been returned, and if I still wanted the package to be sent again I needed to pay for shipping.

The only issue here is that I had not gotten a single text message or email, stating the package had arrived.

After multiple emails and complaints back and forth, a month later they sent me the package, even though I had asked for my money back because I had already bought another gift for my son.

Every interaction they asked for the same information I had already provided multiple times, and would give absolutely no clear answers or information.

Stay away from this scam company.

Terrible decision to buy from them. Terrible customer service, I received a wrong tracking number and still no order, placed 12 days ago.

This is terrible shop. I have ordered items for my kid and they took the money , but it has passed 3 weeks and I have not received my order.
Stay away from it!

i did buy a product from their website.
and i have not received anything yet.
my purchase was made in the beginning of august month.
i have contacted them regularly. they answer my emails. but they don’t want to hive me a tracking number. to see where my package is.
and they never sent a replacement.
they claim that my package is out there somewhere. but no one knows anything.
and they still don’t want to give me a damn
tracking number.

now over 3 months. and they still claim my package is still out somewhere. and they claim to search for it. but still they don’t give me any information about the package. or any tracking number.

and no refunds in any way. do not buy from this shit shop.

jeg har endnu ikke modtaget min pakke, de vil ikke give mig en tracking nummer.
de påstår min pakke er derude et sted.
og de vil finde ud af hvor den er så de kan opdatere mig.

og de vil ikke refundere beløbet.
så man sidder i klemme her. penge er gået tabt. vare kommer aldrig. og det eneste de svare med hver eneste gang er at pakken er derude et sted. vi skal nok finde den og sende den videre til mig.

det er ren tyveri. og deres kontakt information som det danske telefonnummer på deres hjemmeside er fake. du kommer på en telefonsvare som ikke hjælper med en skid. hjemmesiden er fake. du skal ikke købe fra dem.

A scam site, stay away from them. I ordered an item on September 6th and the money was withdrawn. I have not received anything and they do not respond to the emails I sent them.

Such an awful online shop, such a scam.
They send you an email that your order is on its way but 2 weeks already passed and still haven’t received the item. Untrustworthy, they take the money right away but such a terrible service. No item, no respond, no money return.

Dangerous, disgraceful, and should not be allowed to trade

This company is a total disgrace. They are selling unsafe baby products that involve sharp edges and water — a lethal combination when it comes to infant safety. I ordered what was supposed to be a bath safety product and what arrived was defective, dangerous, and completely unfit for purpose. Instead of four suction cups, it came with three, meaning it cannot attach properly. One edge was sharp and damaged. This is meant to be used in the bath with a baby — water, slippage, sharp plastic — it is a recipe for disaster.

Any business selling items for babies has a duty to provide safe, tested, quality products. Instead, GetKidzly has sent something that could injure a child. And when contacted? No response. No refund. No accountability. They are ignoring customers while pocketing money from products that could cause serious harm.

This isn’t just bad service — it’s dangerous negligence. I’ve had to escalate this through my bank to recover my money and will be reporting the company to Trading Standards for selling unsafe baby items.

Avoid this company at all costs. They should not be allowed to continue trading while putting babies at risk.
