This website is a scam. Do not buy items from here - I ordered an item back in May and never received it. They claim I was notified that it had arrived at the post office but I never received a notification - I even went to my post office to ask. I asked for a refund but they refused. Luckily the item wasn’t in expensive but still - 200kr down the drain. Avoid!!

Never have I been scammed like this! This is a fake website and it seems Google is not aware of it, so please report it to Google so that they can take it down.

This website is a scam.
The order came from China not Poland. We have tried to send it back because it was not the correct size and the return address was in Poland. The telephone number provided is from a different business. All the emails were received from bots.

Item doesnt work, just want to return for refund. Being told to send video before they'll tell me how to return. Cant send video file size too big to attach. Emailed 5 days ago and no response. Will never use again.

Never got my order or any answer from Kidzly. My experience this is SCAM!

Absolute cheap crap, wish I'd bother to look at reviews. I could have got my item from a cheap market for 99p instead of £10.
Won't be buying again that's for sure.

I ordered from this website and never received my package. I contacted customer service multiple times, but they either didn’t respond or kept giving excuses. It’s been weeks, and I still haven’t gotten my order or a refund. This feels like a scam. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this website to anyone. Be careful before ordering here.

Scam site, cheap temu knock offs for high prices. The Page is so good so it seems legit, but the package that arkivet is so bad. Ordered a building set, it was just parts dumped in a white bag whith a chinese? Instruction manual.

Ordered diaper bag from "Harry baby" on this website that looks Norwegian but turned out to be a (dropshipping-) SCAM. Turned out item was shipped from China ? and took more than a month to arrive. Had contact with their customer service who replied quite fast but gave a not so credible reason why it was shipped from China without info about it. Got finally a bag from the brand "Hairry baby", i mean this is a joke, reminds of cheap fake stuff you see on markets in Asia, looks terrible, nothing like the picture and the worst quality. Have contacted the company for a refund/return and they just stopped replying so I guess they intend to keep my money.

I order an Otter it is not safe for an infant- wires hanging out and stuffing falling out..from the first day I received the toy I asked for a total refund.. for 27 days, I have sent a text-emailed video’s, pictures with 2 emails back that they are working on it.. I would like a TOTAL refund.. BUYER BEWARE.. IT IS A SCAM 🇨🇦

We have bought a pregnancy pillow from Kidzly which took almost a month to arrive.
The item quality is low despite its high price. The pillow does not match its images. The pillow is so soft that does not provide comfort despite what is claimed in the description. Furthermore, customers have to pay for the item return.

If you receive the item at all, you can expect extremely poor quality and poor packaging.

I ordered a teething toy that arrived in an unmarked plastic bag — no information about the manufacturer, materials, or safety standards. The product is meant to go in a baby’s mouth, and there’s no way to know what it contains. Kidzly markets itself as eco-friendly and high-quality, but they’re clearly dropshipping cheap items from China. Customer service refuses to take responsibility and only offers a partial refund. I’ve reported them to the Norwegian Consumer Authority and Food Safety Authority. Avoid this store.

Pitched as good quality products from europe. What arrived was multiple seperate parcels from the same company that supplies Temu. Paid 4 times the price for something that's not even safe to use. DO NOT USE. Customer service won't even acknowledge this and all the reviews on the website have to go through verification so they only approve the 4-5star ratings.

I ordered from kidzly french website thinking it was an European store (based on the domain, language and currency used), but the product was actually shipped from China, and obviously is not an original product. If you are expecting fast EU shipping or local/original quality, be warned: this site is just a front for reselling cheap goods

the item I ordered is good, but the service is not that good, because they work all over the world. The telephone is a robot. You have to wait a day for your email to be answered. On their site there is no your profile where you can see your orders. The company is from Poland. The site is Norwegian.
