The guys that came to our house were a lovely bunch so clean and helpful I would recommend Go Solar to anybody

Very happy with the panels , producing 4- 6 times my usage on very bright days, 2-3 times usage on middling days and more or less covering my usage on the duller days. Fitted since mid May , interested to see how the perform through the winter months . Great company to deal with , very efficient and helpful. Keen price too , few thousand cheaper than competition for exact same amount of panels .

Having looked at many other companies I decided to go with Go Solar. A very professional team from the office staff to the roofers and electricians. A quality service and quality products. I would recommend Go Solar very highly.

From the initial online enquiry a quote was send over very quickly and then Robert was out within a week or so to go more detailed into it. Plenty of communication along the way regards site survey and installation date. Paperwork was all handled for the grant which left it a seamless process from start to the end.

It's been a month since my solar panels were installed. At the time of installation, I was assured that the BER certificate would be arranged and that your team would assist with the SEAI grant application. Unfortunately, despite numerous phone calls to the GoSolar office, nothing has been progressed.
I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and support after the installation. Existing customers should not have to keep chasing for services that were promised. I would appreciate an update on the status of my BER certificate and the SEAI grant application, along with a clear timeline for when these will be completed. I gave 2 stars solely because the solar panel installation itself was neat and professionally carried out by the electrical installation team. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
However, after I posted this review, the team contacted me and resolved the outstanding issues. I appreciate their response and the fact that they took action after seeing my concerns.

GoSolar installed my system 3 years ago and last year I brought them back to extend it. They were always very helpful, answered all my queries quickly and the installations were neat and tidy. I have since recommended them to friends who have all been very happy with them.

Overall gosolar have been excellent to deal with. Perhaps some aspects of the process and products could have been explained better before and after installation but it all looks great and more importantly is performing great

GoSolar's very high standards haven't dropped.

6 Years ago we had a 4kW system installed in 2019. This install wasn't without its problems (not the fault of the GoSolar team) a 30 year old hot water cylinder sprung a leak and the team hung around till well after 10pm that night to stop the leak and returned first thing the following day to resolve the problem. That kind of attention and dedication to customer service is rare.

So when we decided to upgrade the Panels, Inverter and Battery in late 2025, there was only one phone call made, following which, on Dec 16th 2025, the exact 6th anniversary of the first install, the team arrived and were gone the following day without any fuss and with everything completed. Our new 5kW Huawei Inverter and Battery including Smartguard is up and running and performing as expected.

I can't speak highly enough of Paul Bennet and the whole team.

Excellent, trouble-free installation, would have no hesitation in recommending Gosolar.

Managed to get 10 panels on the all-important south roof. Very happy

GoSolar were ultra-professional from start to finish. Dormer windows rendered the roof unsuitabe for a conventional set-up, plus is SE-facing but Paul proposed locating the panels in the garden. The orientation is optimum and all works were comfortably completed within the 1 day. They are very local to us which is a huge advantage but to be honest, we haven't had to bother them since instalation, with everything running swimmingly. We couldn't recommend this Company strongly enough. (Installation in October 2023)

As someone who worked in construction i can truly say there work was first class as was the office staff.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Go Solar to anyone who is thinking of doing a solar system
