Extremely disappointing experience.

I ordered 3 scrubs, but the 2XS sizing was much bigger than expected, so I requested a refund on the same day my order was delivered.

What really disappointed me was being told that I have to pay $11.50 to return the order, while also losing the $15 original delivery fee. So I’m expected to pay $26.50 in shipping costs just to return scrubs that don’t fit as expected.

As a healthcare student, I save up to afford good-quality scrubs for work. $26.50 is a significant amount, and it feels completely unfair to penalise customers this way, especially when the return was requested immediately after delivery.

Very disappointed with the sizing and, even more so, the customer service. Customers should not feel financially penalised for returning clothing that doesn’t fit properly. I expected much better from Gorman.

Less then a week ago I purchased an umbrella today I used it for the first time
It broke within minutes of opening it
The fabric came away from the mechanism because of a broken or missing tie
Extremely poor quality very disappointed. What an unnecessary waste of the planets resources. I will be returning this product for a full refund.
I would also like to add that the young person that served me at the Cairns Central store was very pleasant and well informed immediately upon the manager noticing there was a sale happening. She came out and proceeded to micromanage this staff member this was disrespectful to the sales person and to me I should have exited the shop at this point .. I do not recommend shopping here..

Love the pattern of the Abstract Flower reversible jacket, but unfortunately the stuffing comes out and pills all over the striped side. Very disappointed in the quality.

Regarding a recent online purchase from Gorman. I find it incredibly frustrating and disappointing to purchase an item online, pay $15 for postage and when I return the item via post due to the top not fitting ( as that is the only way to return an online purchase) I am then required to pay another $11 to return the item. After all this I am not even be able to get a refund, only an exchange or credit note, as it was a sale item. Interestingly, the price tag on the item was over $20 less than what I paid. Not very consumer friendly Gorman. I won't be purchasing from Gorman or Gorman online in the future. Very disappointed.

I always love my Gorman clothes. The bright colours are a stand out and they are well made so I know they will last for years. I love wearing them. they make me feel cheerful even on a gloomy Melbourne day.

WASTED my money on this horrible choice please don’t buy from them. I even emailed them about this about two months ago but didn’t care to respond. I bought deep blue and plain black scrubs.
The quality seemed very off as compared to the previous once years ago. it catches onto a lot of lint and dusts /particles unable to wear it. I used lint remover to remove it, after I come to work and get on workin, It collects alottttt of particles . The workplace is super busy and I cannot keep lint remover on me. I have never had this happened before. I WASTED my money on this horrible choice please don’t buy from them.

The team at your Carindale store are always amazing! Very helpful and I like that there is all different ages of your workers. This makes the experience comfortable for someone like me who is 54

I’ve always liked the designs of your garments as they’re unique and at the same time comfortable to wear. Delivery of goods are punctual.
I only want to point out your delivery cost as it is kinda stiff ($15) for a standard delivery fee considering the prices of your products are not exactly cheap.

The bright colours first drew me to Gorman, I think they are fantastic. So now I have tubs, planters, t-towels, towels, a doona cover, a raincoat, candles, napkins and dog beds - all in the last few months. I can’t help myself - I have to keep looking at the website for more beautiful items.

Staff are amazing, they make things happen! When comes to sizes styles they always try their best to assist. With my latest shopping experience the staff from Brisbane City store helped with searching the right size, pattern and helped calling my nearby store with the dress that I want to put it aside for me to try. Really appreciated that they are going above and beyond to assist customers.

The clothes I bought are great and shipping was prompt. My criticism is the packaging. It was not robust enough to ship to the UK. I spent £166 on a dress, a shirt & a phone lanyard plus £72 on customs fees. The packaging was just a paper mailing bag so it had split open entirely at one end. It was a miracle there was no loss or damage. They need to use poly mailing bags double wrapped to ship abroad.

My daughter went to Melbourne and went into your shop and instantly knew it was my taste. OMG. Love your product. I live in East Gippsland but not much choice here, even though I like to by local, if I can.
