My daughter went to Melbourne and went into your shop and instantly knew it was my taste. OMG. Love your product. I live in East Gippsland but not much choice here, even though I like to by local, if I can.

I received my dress but it was the wrong size I think mainly the style was the problem. Lovely as it was I sent it back and received store credit. ❤️. Bought a different dress for the event and it worked out beautifully. I always get compliments wearing Gorman dresses. I love the extra details as well. Highly recommend

I was very happy with my purchase, the pants are lovely. The waist band tends to roll which is a problem with all the newer Gorman pants and skirts, but they’re otherwise very comfy.

Having a size guide with accurate measurements for individual products makes me more confident to buy. Gorman sizing is generally very varied — I can be anything from a 6 to a 14 — so shopping online is risky when theres only a generic size chart. I don’t have a Gorman shop nearby so returning things is difficult. I would shop more often if there was a lower threshold for free shipping. I often abandon my cart because of the shipping cost, especially since there are often items that get cancelled.

Long wait for delivery & in the meantime the price of the products dropped! No chance to wear it yet paid more.

I'll start with the positive, my online order was delivered promptly. Customer service and return/ exchange process on the other hand were terrible, especially for the price you pay. Compared to other Australian retailers, some red flags with Gorman's process: the extortionate amount you need to purchase online to qualify for free shipping, outlet products cannot be exchanged/ refunded in store but has to be online, and you gotta pay extra for online returns postage. Plus if they cannot exchange your product, they don't actually refund outlet and certain other sale products but give you a credit voucher. I wanted a pair of jeans exchanged for a size up, and despite my initial order having been ~$400 and having covered free shipping- I was told I'd need to pay for postage back to them to initiate a refund/ exchange. And despite their website still having the product in a size up ( which is what I wanted to exchange to), they could not put a hold on one of those for me- thus effectively unable to guarantee an exchange even if I posted it back despite availability at the time.

Ordering online was seamless. Arrived well packed and faster than expected. Loved the product. Thank you for a great experience!

As Gorman suits me and the sizing is always perfect, I buy online most of the time. Always very happy with my purchases.

Gorman is so easy to deal with! I placed my order to be picked up at the Chadstone store. It was ready in less than two days and the Staff in store were as always, friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless experience.

I think it’s time to get my sewing machine out. For what I received, really over priced, the item was even 20% off and still $200 for a long skirt - I assumed it would be double layered or SOMETHING for that price. Quality is good, but I could have made this long A-line skirt myself for 1/4 of the price in a few hours.

Maybe need to have a word with delivery people who pushed package thru a gate. My daughter’s young rescue dog decided to open it. Fortunately she just opened it and left the beautiful jumper in the rain. This was unnecessary as there is a covered verandah on the ‘safe’ side of the gate
We did have a laugh but it could have been disastrous and disappointing.

Very long wait time to receive my order then it came in multiple parcels. For the price of your clothes your postage is ridiculous, most companies if you spend over a $150 it’s free. No loyalty program need better promotions. Your staff in stores are stuck up, unfriendly and very judgmental.

Gorman creates a really positive shopping experience through its friendly customer service, inclusive sizing, and beautifully unique clothing. I love the bold colours, artistic prints, and the confidence the styles give me when I wear them.
