Staff members don’t have great attitude
The sneakers are amazing although the staff isn’t very polite, some of them are rude and some nicer but seems like they want you to leave quickly the store, that’s why I didn’t rate with 5 stars.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Golden Goose. I purchased a pair of sneakers from their boutique in Texas, and after wearing them only once, they started coming apart.
I contacted customer service four different times expecting a solution for a premium product, but their only response was to tell me to take the shoes to a shoe repair specialist to see if they could be fixed.
These are not $1 shoes. They are luxury sneakers sold at a premium price, and customers should expect quality and proper after-sales support. I expected much better from a brand with Golden Goose's reputation. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing, and I cannot recommend the brand based on the poor product quality and lack of customer service.

It was so pleasant to be assisted by Karim at Golden Goose Verona! He let me and my 3 girls try on all the store and matching laces, with good will, a smile on his face, and helping us to decide between so many amazing designs and possibilities! Left shoes for repair at Mount Street 3…
Left shoes for repair at Mount Street 3 months ago and prepaid £150 for the service. I heard nothing re pick up or progress and when contacted customer service was told the shoes would be checked on but have heard nothing back. I also emailed previously and heard nothing and no one has answered the phone or responded since. There are so many assistants at Mount Street but no one actually able to assist!

I sent three pairs of my sneakers for…
I sent three pairs of my sneakers for repair over two and a half months ago, and since then the experience has been extremely disappointing.
The customer service has been unacceptable. None of the agents at Golden Goose Venice respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. The only person who has ever replied is Elena, but even that has not helped resolve the situation.
I have now been waiting for my sneakers for more than two and a half months, with no clear update or indication of when they will be returned. At this point, I am genuinely worried that they have been lost and that I may never receive them back.
I strongly advise anyone considering using this repair service to be extremely cautious, as my experience raises serious concerns about how customers and their belongings are handled.
If and when my sneakers are finally returned, I will consider updating this review to reflect the outcome. Until then, my rating is 1 out of 5 stars.
