Shoes are great, ordering a pain
My experience was great. The shoes were great (for my college kiddo). I am docking 2 stars because when I ordered them for my son, I wanted them to be shipped directly to him. The ordering platform didn't allow me to enter his college address. It kept offering a suggested address, and when I accepted the suggested address, it would still say error, so I called them. The person who took my call was nice and walked me through everything I had already done and couldn't help me further, so I had the shoes shipped to my house and then turned around and took them to UPS and paid the shipping and for the extra insurance. That cost me an additional $50. UPS/FedEx/Post Office all ship fine to my son's college. I wish GG would ship to my son's college campus.

Absolutely amazing service!
I visited the Golden Goose Marseille store on Tuesday for a specific pair of trainers that had been kept reserved for me ahead of my trip. Maellys kindly welcomed me upon arrival and immediately knew it was me. From start to finish her service was exceptional down to the complimentary drink whilst trying on my trainers right through to the recommendations of bars, cafes and restaurants Maellys suggested for me to try. Maellys is an absolute credit to Golden Goose as a company and I’m so happy I got to meet her. When I’m back in Marseille I will be returning.

Amazing customer service
The staff were so incredibly welcoming and friendly. Morgan and Caroline are absolute gems and made the experience so incredible. This was my first GG purchase and it was for my wedding shoes.
